I wanted to give 5 star but what makes me refuse is the food services..they do serve Breakfast at 8.30 am and strictly nothing before that..I woke up at 6.00 am but no tea or coffee was available till 8.30 am.
Need proper maintenance of playing area and scrap/garbage to be removed from premises.
Location is so peaceful calm and makes mind refreshing.
So.many rooms so beautiful and mannered distributed rooms.
I love my stay, though it was short story but my family want to revisit and stay in same hotel.

The rooms and services are worst. If they offer you executive suite then please don't go for it, they are fooling everyone. The room was stinking and they have 1 remote of A/C for all the adjoining rooms. They don't have courtesy to atleast clean the room even after getting complaints. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Recently had an amazing stay at Byke Brightland Resort. From the breathtaking views to the exceptional service, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!
The hotel staff is not taking care of all things. Each time we have to go to reception for any help. Landline is not working and mobile no. Is not working for help. Frequent power cut off issue. All the services need improvement.
There is bad smell inside resort of bird potty. They are not cleaning regularly. So it is not possible to sit outside the room. It is completely loss of money.
We are having a great time at the resort. Kind and supportive service staff, delicious food, and music activities made our evening, and the DJ party was really amazing. We had a great time at Byke Brightland Resort. Thank you so much for your good hospitality.
It was very good experience, we enjoyed our time, good food quality, excellent ambiance, service and mainly we enjoyed fire show, DJ and group games. We surely visit the hotel soon and also recommend my friends to visit. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience
We had great experience staying at hotel for 03 nights from 27 to 30 September n v we're 03 cple friends.
On first day itself I shared my feeling with your manager that excellent rooms but more excellent was dispenser of Habd wadh, Shampoos which was different n classic.
Coming to food part ,excellent food n specially Chinese food which was mouth watering n service was too good, I missed meeting Chef.
Only suggestion to installed proper intercom as calling on what's up for any service was difficult due to poor internet service.
N rooms was too good, n view was so good that v could hold the cloud fog in our hand.
Good DJ , kiran was too good, n your manager Bhansali ,was also always there with smiles
We really enjoyed our trip for two days. Only issue we had was water as no hot water in this climate Whr people travelling with kids old person it big problem they cannot use so cold water which I think management need to resolve.
Secondly we faced wrong commitment from the sales team who book the trip for us. But we are happy the front desk Mr Ashish Mishra help us in changing the room. Overall good place to spend time with family and friends.
