Fantastic delicious burgers better then burger king or any other brand. They serve hot tasty food. Must try any cheese burgers here

Service: One of the most dreadful customer service experience I had. Receptionist seems to be doing great charity by serving. As if I asked their generational property by just asking normal query. Tried to use student discount but for God know what reason they only accept hard copy. General lackluster attitude, worst service. Whole store was empty yet, they give me estimated time of 15 mins for a simple burger. Worst part it was served in 30 mins. Whole place reek of cheap sauces, very bad olfactory experience . General ambience seems nice, but air condition seems to be barely working. If The Burger Company wants to mantain their service standards they should effectively train their service staff or bring someone else in place of utterly mannerless staff of tier 3 city. Food: Burger looked quite beautiful and for a moment I forgot all my earlier frustration. One bite and yet another disappointment, chicken was massively uncooked, even spices seems to be quite raw. Mouthfeel was bad, still it had potential to be good. I took my query to the receptionist and after a moment he replied back that it's perfectly cooked because according to their "company standards" it was perfect. I tried to reason with them that the ultimate test should be taste but to no avail. He said he can't take a bite because he is a vegetarian, I said ask your chef. Finally they accepted to re grill it. They give back burger in same bread but taste this time was ok. Utterly disappointing experience.

It's very budget friendly place, location is nice. Morar side need this sort/kind of place to hangout. My favorite is there wraps. They are amazing. Only insects and false odour are there sometimes.

The place had a lively and upscale atmosphere. The service was good, and the burgers were delicious, although they were a bit pricey.

Worst service. Had ordered a burger which was served cold with ice cold lettuce & tomato. When complained they had a brain wave to microwave it which made the whole burger inedible with soggy tomato & super soggy lettuce. Returned it. How hard it is to put tomato & lettuce at room temperature on a patty?

Visited on weekend the interior was good and services were also fine .burgers and injectors were amazing .serene place to chill out
