The place was very untidy and not clean at all, there was a foul smell while going upstairs ,the stairs were so dirty ,I dont know why they are still running this outlet. The whole outlet was empty except 2-3 customers they too were having their meal but still we have to wait for our order for almost 20-25minutes. The place looked so untidy and didn't worth visiting here it's better to visit other food outlet like burger king for better experience and cleanliness. Food: 3/5 Atmosphere: 1.5/5 Service:2/5 Overall experience: 3/5
This burger club is located in Karol Bagh, before Ghaffar Market and inside Karol Bagh Market. I liked the food here very much but the service was not good but the food tasted very good. I will offer you this Veg Club meal is only for 99 rupees.

Outside food is not allowed here. We wanted to celebrate our friends birthday and it was just a cake cutting. They stopped us in between and asked us to put it inside.. And when we asked for a wrapping they didn't provide us.After that,when we asked to open ac they denied saying ac is not working although it was working but gave excuses. Personal opinion staff was rude. Service was bad,place was untidy. Food was average. Overall,it was a bad experience there.
Very poor experience , staff is very illiterate and even they dont know how to prepare anything . I ordered 2 iced vanilla frappe . But I just got simple cold coffee with no taste.
We were totally exhausted shopping at Karol Bagh and wanted to sit and eat in peace .We were recommended The Burger Club... it's very close to Mc Donald's and Burger King...still we wanted to try something new. It was a totally soul satisfying and mouthwatering experience !! The staff was very compassionate... realising we were tired ... They helped us relax ...helped us choose from menu ...they served amazingly hot delicious burgers and crispy chicken...the burger patties here are freshly made everyday...and u can actually feel the freshness and softness of chicken melting in your mouth . The crispy chicken was super yummy . The music was great and created the perfect ambience. The restroom was neat and clean ...a necessity when you are out shopping and need to relax. Over all , a sure go to place for all the people who are shop hopping for weddings and drained...go there for a truly amazing and refreshing experience !!
As we all know, Burger Club is a perfect place to have varieties of Burger at an affordable price, Having this thought I tried Veg club Burger with my friends but I literally got disappointment with their burger as it was too cold and oily later on, they replaced it although I was not satisfied with the burger and staff management. I have given it three stars because of the ambiance and cleanliness of the place.
Taste wise burgers are okayish. But service is pathetic. Took them 25mins to serve 1 chicken island burger , 1chicken club and 1 hazelnut frappe. Worst frappe ever!!! Untidy place and callous staff!!
