Perfect place for fitness. Friendly staff. Well maintained with updated fitness machines The owners are too good I hv known both of them for years. They give personal attention to each nd every member. I personally would recommend to ladies specially as it's a safe environment.

They harass all the women here. I personally too have been gawked at and abused so many times by the trainers and the other men using the gym facilities. One time men also followed me back home on their motor bike. Owners did nothing to stop this. You will also frequently see steroids in this gym. Would definitely NOT recommend.
Worst trainers. Trainer will not train you he would just sit there on his seat. There are two trainers in this gym but no one cares they are just taking fees and sitting there. If you would go to them they will just look at the TVs connected to the CCTVs and point towards the machine to tell you use that machine. WON'T RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE.
The prices are very high. The most importantly no trainers for normal posture check. Trainers are only for girls or personal coaching. No vantilation or AC. They are charging someone 1500 or someone 1000 even. Not recommended.

Have been to this gym, for 4 months + , from my personal experience one of the best gym in that area...ventilation and ambience is very good.. Pradeep bhaiya ( Gym owner/ trainer) is very humble person and well experienced in his field.
