The Buddha Resort - Hotel in Gaya, Tikuna - Gaya, India

First of all your property is situated at best place, nice property, peaceful environment. This is my first visit to gaya along with my parents, uncle and brother for the purpose of pind daan. Ok i will provide u my feedback in points. 1. When I reached hotel after 16hrs drive as I m travelling by car from Uttrakhand, welcome was ok but why my room type changed I dont know. I have booked 2 rooms 1for 3 persons and another is for 2 it was double CP. But I was provided 2 rooms with twins CP. When I asked at reception for extra bedding he denies at first when I told him to check his data base he tells me no sir "I m sure no extra bedding is in ur package" When I show him the booking letter which I got through mail then he said ok sir i will provide u. So what is this behavior at least u must check ur data base before refuse or agree. A person travelling from 900km 16hr drive with old parents is not in situation at that time to face such behaviors. 2. Why were there facilities for phone calls to restaurant in the room when you can't provide service in the room. They refused to sent tea in rooms when I call them with phone,when I told them after reaching to them physically give it to me i will take it on my own to room as my mother was recently got her knee replacement done as she was unable to do up and down from the 5th floor again and again then they replied ok sir we will deliver it Ourselves. I asked them to get tea without sugar as my parents are diabetic but they sent sweet tea. 3. At the time of arrival Complimentry water bottles were in one room not in the other, then when I called the reception for water bottles, they said ok we will sent to your room but not provided till half an hour . Then I found a room service boy at my floor and asked him for bottle then he gave it to me. 4. The bathroom water tap was not working during my whole tour. 5. Tv was not even working in both the rooms. 6. Food arrived very late after placing order in restaurant, service is slower, had to told several times for one thing. So, these are few points which I want you must improve as property was good but staff behavior spoils whole trip of an individual.

The rooms were neat and clean, very comfortable and the hotel management was amazing. The location was on proper point. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

The property is very good at a nice location,near to Gaya Airport n food is also delicious but staff behaviour specially at reception is a question mark n always in confusion room service is very bad....Rooms are ok but TV ,showers etc need more maintenance... Overall it is a very average experience, not happy at all..

Must stay at Budha Resort if you are planning to visit GAYA city and BODH gya city tour, good services, food taste us very good, hygiene and clean, staff is very good! Special Appreciation for Ground Level Staff, GDA staffs, Waiters only because of these people I am recommending everyone to stays here friendly staff, very cooperative, kind hearted, available on time, making budha resort good place these people are so good! And thanks to our chef who made our food very tasty! Thanks all!

It's a great place, if you want to spend some quality time with Family. Staff is amazing and understanding. Rooms are super clean and the swimming pool area is super clean.
