We went as a family and stayed for two days, the place had a pretty good ambiance. But many things have affected our stay in the resort, it made a bad impression. I will focus on the cons first so the resort management can focus on what can be improved and corrected. We stayed in the executive room , which cost around 8040/- per night even though it was off-season time. Cons : -The room had a huge glass window on the side that had asee-through effect on the scenery outside. But the glass pane was not clean and it hindered the visuals from the outside. - We requested the room cleaning service to clean the room but they didn't respond well. - The towels and the bedspread/comforts in the room were old and torn. yes, the towels had a hole in them. It wasn't up to mark considering they charged a whopping 8040/- per night. - The Gym was not maintained properly , it has to be upgraded. The equipments were old and rusty. - There was a problem with the water heater, we had to wait 20 mins to even fill a bucket with hot water , don't ever use showers because the water will turn cold all of a sudden and it will not be a pleasant experience in yercaud's cold weather. Pros: - A very good ambience , it felt like living in a forest , they even have tree houses. - The brook/water stream is a great place to spend time in the evening walking / sitting near the brook listening to the water stream sound. But since we had troubles staying pleasantly , we had to move to a different hotel the next day to look for a better experience.

Walkable distance to Pagoda point, the resort is set in a beautiful estate, with well planned rooms. We stayed in the executive room, which has amazing view of the forest behind, very spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Staff is very supportive and cordial, they make local dishes in the kitchen which tasted amazing. Special shout out Mr. Suresh, he was very kind and accommodating and made sure our stay was memorable.

5 star for the location and resort as a whole. Yercaud may not be a very commercial place yet, but this resort and services are manageable. Pagoda point is walkable, pleasant weather and will get colder at times. Good food and I stayed in N3, which has got a big balcony and it's all nature. I recommend. Just choose the right rooms.

Our family stay at the resort was enjoyable, but the check-in experience fell short. Despite notifying them an hour before our 1:30 PM arrival, we waited 2 hours past the 2 PM check-in time. The resort's policy mentioned charges of 1,500 for early check-in/check out, yet we faced delays without compensation. The manager offered a mere 200 rs during checkout after acknowledging the inconvenience. While the overall stay was pleasant, the service left much to be desired.

We had booked the property for two days from 3rd to 5th of November 2023. We were welcomed with a dry ginger tea which was awesome for the chill climate. We have taken a garden view villa it was compact with all facilities except for the leakage of bathroom fittings, I was not happy. The ambient , service & hospitality was good. The food especially the tribal food was excellent. The morning breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service in the restaurant was excellent. The suggestions were given was taken & they tried to honestly resolve it The overystay was comfortable & must try location. Thanks & Regards, S.RAVI CHANDAR

Great location. Service is not up to the mark. Rooms were not clean during check in. Maintenance is poor. Rooms looked really old. Kids playground, other entertainment zones like gym / game are not maintained at all. Food at the restaurant is okay. The worst part I observed is the hygeine espscially with the pool. Though in the guideline its mentioned that to use proper swimming clothes they do allow people with any dress and nobody controls it there.

Nice place to relax. Very good cooperative staff. Rooms are clean and tidy.The HK staff does a very nice work to make the place a memorable place for the guests. One big negative is the lack of bar. A hill station resort without a bar is rather very disappointing. I infact shared my views with the GM and other responsible staff there. I stayed at Jacuzzi villa where they have the jacuzzi in a open place with in the villa. Unfortunately it gets sprayed with dirt leaves etc etc and unless the HK team comes to clean it's rather useless. Our stay for three nights was very relaxing thoroughly enjoyed. One can do stay without any inhibitions.

We stayed for one day. Rooms are neat and clean. Location was good. Staff were friendly. Only I find below points as negative. 1) They have charged 750 for the cake which cost around 350 to 400. 2) lunch and dinner food was pathetic. Morning breakfast was good. Don't try soup here. 3) swimming pool is not maintained well. Tiles are chipped out and you might get injured.
