The Broadstreet Broadway - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

Stayed here on my official trip for 15 days. The hotel is heavily under staffed. But staff are cooperative and helpful. WiFi never works. I had to do my work on my mobile data. Breakfast is average. Overpriced for the value it offers. There are lots of scope for improvement.

It is a serviced apartment. Cleanliness and hygiene is definitely a concern. Location is the best part about this place. Everything else is average at best and wanting at worst. Breakfast is par. There is ample parking space right inside the hotel complex.

The rooms and facilities are just ok. Don't expect anything extra. Very limited options in buffet breakfast infact it's not a buffet. No in house gym facility. No warm water. AC takes like hours to cool the room. No newspaper in the room. It's more of a guest house and less a hotel

Rooms are okay but my friend didn't get their food delivered in due time, service was terrible, they didn't replace towels fast enough. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My friend had a nightmarish experience.

Room is ok for stay but food quality is utmost poor beyond words. Even Domino's and pizza hut denied delivery at this location. I don't know the reason. I'll never wish to come again.

Good place to stay overnight. Its an apartment type hotel . Each apartment is having 3 rooms with attached washrooms.The only downside is the location. It is located at a crowded place...Though it is very close to park street...5kms approx...Not much option in the complimentary breakfast.

It's a very very avg flat complex turned into a namesake guesthouse/hotel. Apologies I had left an incomplete review earlier. Experience. 1. No water in the room despite calling the reception n no of times, a family staying in a flat can't go and drink from a dispenser again and again. 2. Refrigerator in the room wasn't working, took 7 trips to the reception and somehow managed to speak to a senior, then it was replaced. 3. The extra bedding were torn and full of holes, which was replaced. 4. The taps were unused and shot out black water for 30mins before clean water came. Note: we were there for a relative's anniversary, he too dint know of the fight we survived. 5. By mistake a drop off car took a complete round of the building from the entry to the exit gate, the guards shouted at us as apparently it was also owned by an office. Too lazy to put up a sign even. 6. 2nd day breakfast was okay. 7. Luggage takes approx 1hr to reach the room, when we went down to get the luggage, we saw a single skinny guy trying to lift it. Despite having 2-3 more staff at the reception including a guard, none help. 8. When someone on the floor above or below uses the flush, the visible piping of our toilet starts vibrating for 5mins 9. Termites in the dresser and drawers. The Rest , with god's grace was perfect. This is not a business class Hotel / apartment, neither a hotel in terms of stars. Please book when your looking for a Adventure or misadventure. But the best best part of this Hotel are the paintings.. Clicked pics of all of them, it's like kamasutra+ some godlike creatures, goats,devils and pitchforks ;). My relatives were scandalized when they really saw saw the pics, my cousins and I loved it. Disgusting management.. If someone is looking for job in this hotel please don't ever join here.they have a so called manager called pranesh who is a big lier and doesn't khow how to recruit.he will make you wait for hours in interview and then reduce your salary part.he doesn't even have the courtesy to call back and inform.hopeless staff with hopeless management. Naturally guests will also be dissatisfied here.plz avoid this hotel..!!!!
