The Bristol Hotel, Gurgaon (5 Star Deluxe Hotel) - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

Management is very bad as they have to clearly isolate the veg and non veg food items. I have faced issue to identify in open garden as small sticker only attached but there is no gap in between the bowls. No body able to identify in rush. It should be provide with some space or some big sticker or something is to be put in front of bowls

Very nice experience! The property is well maintained & has all the amenities we can expect in a decent hotel. They have pool, Spa, Bar etc. They have dedicated parking & valet service. The staff was polite & helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was nice & had enough variety.

The only upside of this place is its location. All rooms are desperately crying for maintenance and repair. In the room we stayed in, the main door handle was broken so was the chair. The curtains were untidy and stained. Similarly the bathrooms are not maintained well-the shower is mostly blocked and sprays water all over. There's no way to change the shower to the tap! The food was, at most ordinary. Was surprised that they couldn't make a good cup of tea over a period of three days! If you have an option pls stay away from this place.

I stayed and staff is fraud they steal things when you call them for room cleaning and all the staff is ganged up they initially told that 2 meals are included in your package and then when I ate the food later on they all asked me extra money for eating their food that too unhygienic food for 2 dayd I got hair in my food and then too they didn't considered , uncorportaive staff

They serve good food but everything else needs an upgrade. The hotel is way beyond its prime however, a complete upgrade might still be a worth investment given its location

A very good hotel and good staff. I stayed in Bristol Hotel, during that time I explored their swimming facilities.I want to personally thank Kulwant Singh Choudhary sir for helping me progress in swimming. He helped me when he saw that I was struggling in the pool. He is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I definitely recommend coming here for all of your swimming needs. I love the way he guides, he really helped me in improving my confidence and form. When I first started to swim I could barely float and was exhausted. However, with the help of Kulwant sir I was able to grow more and more comfortable in the water. I greatly improved my technique and within 2-3 days ,learnt to float and beginner level swimming. Again thank you and I just can't say enough good things about the staff and facilities. Overall a great experience.

Friends be careful with your luggage and belongings. Staff of Bristol hotels are gang up and cheater and steel the mobiles and purse from the parties and never be cooperative and caring for their image. Yesterday night party of Amex two purses stolen from party intact all the guest list fixed by name. But their staff attempt that theft and now they are not cooperating and hiding him even after CCTV recording AVOID TO BOOK BRISTOL PARTIES OR DO ON YOUR OWN RISK

Haven't stayed, so rated the rooms 4 assuming they would be good. Service was in all ok, except the staff was more of the opinion to not let the 'guests' spoil their pretty hotel rather than making us comfortable. Their location is what I think keeps them going. Great location.
