The Bridge Restaurant is the restaurant of the Clarks Inn hotel and just about the only fine dining option in Badami. The interior is very up western style and certainly looks more upmarket. When I can in for lunch I was just about the only person in the restaurant and obviously had no trouble getting the waiter's attention. The menu is quite extensive and includes both Indian and international options. I went with a sweet lassi, Paneer Shami Korma and garlic naan. The lassi tasted good, though a little thick. The drink had some pistachios and a few sweet cherries. The drink is already sweet, so I don't know why they would add sweet cherries. The korma was pretty creamy and honestly, it was so creamy, I could barely detect any spices. The sauce did have a nice nutty taste, which went well with the naan. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, but at the prices here, I expected much better.

It might look like a great place to have your delicious meal while you feel disconnected from the traffic, but sadly it's not the story. I had breakfast there and the food is way below sub par. Ordered aloo paratha and it tasted like it was cooked in super low quality oil, while I was expecting it to be cooked in butter and the food was not well presented. The cutlery was worn out, and there was a steel bowl to serve curd which tasted Tart and the AC was barely cooling the area. My friends ordered idli and poha as they didn't serve Dosa at 10Am in the morning. Chutney served with idli was so bad. Please change the chef or at least up skill him by training. poha is 90/- and Paratha is 95/- idli is around 80/- or 90 iguess. Overprices because It didn't match the Clarks inn standards of taste and food quality was low. Cleanliness was alright not great, ambiance was okay-ish and Staff was good and helpful. After this experience I did not have lunch there. It's a poor job from Hotel Clarks inn. Please take it as an honest feedback, improve and make it a better place. I have been to Clarks inn before but this has disappointed me.

Only fine dining in the town. Its very hard to find fine dining in Badami town. We are staying in Clarks Inn so we preferred to do lunch, evening tea and dinner at The bridge. Our experience is average. Food quality is good but service they provide is worst. In the morning we had buffet lunch but food is not hot. They took almost 15 minutes to take order when we went ther for dinner. Worst thing is that they told us that you will get only one plate. Please take all food in one small plate :D Floor management is mess in this restaurant due to lack of employees. Those who are serving food they are trying hard but they are very few. Because Its food quality is good, I am giving 3 stars to this restaurant.

Worst service ever. Worst service. Made us wait 25 min for rotis and told that chef was not free. Waited for 35 min for pepsi. Made us wait for finger bowl and then told that they can't give it because it will take time for hot water. Worst service. Don't go here.

Very bad experience. Took more than an hour to get our order. The food was very salty. It is ridiculously overpriced. The staff was confused and they got the orders mixed up Please do not go here.

Best place for fine dining and seems.like this is the only fine dine which is available in the town. Prices are not very expensive and it is definitely value for money. We had veg food and we enjoyed every dish which we ordered. Quality is good and you will relish the dishes you order. It is at the centre point of the main road in Badami and easy to locate. Try it out when u r in Badami.

The service is worst... it happens to most of the families at the same time.. everyone is shouting on the waiters about customers order request. make sure you have Enough time and people on the table who can remind them order/request multiple times. When you make them realise about their mistakes they don't even reply, they just move on and you have to start again for reminders to other waiters... worst experience ever...eeeeeee For your kind information they don't have even suggestion box of feedback forms on the reception. The rates are very high compared to all other similar options, Manager can see and here everything around as restaurant is not too big. But as excepted, person from reception only here everything but avoid involvement between waiter and customers. They should give training to their waiters.. Only good ambience not gone a help them to grow...
