It's a fine cafe for casual meet ups There KitKat shake and blue lagoon is nice , area is compact .
Proper ground coffee, selection of snacks. Good vibe. Oasis in the heat. The owner of Hungry Heads (also worth checking out) recommended it when I asked for good coffee, which in my experience is hard to find in Varanasi. In the same building as Sankar's restaurant.
The place is quite good in terms of ambience and service. Have not eaten anything here yet but the drinks are amazing. We tried the Irish Coffee (which might not turn out as great as it looks for non coffee lovers) and Oreo Frappe (which was simply to die for). I think that they need to expand their menu in terms of food, so that the next time we can eat something as well. Overall, a good place to chill in Varanasi.

It's very hard to find good coffee in varanasi, the brew room delivers the best cappuccino in town, I had nothing else so I won't be committing on that. Interiors are good setting capacity is less. I expect them to maintain there quality
Very pathetic customer service, in busy days they don't even listen to customer, I was frequent visitor but my last visit was horrible, I asked them for Sweet Fresh Lime Soda and they serve it without suger, on my request to make it sweet staff replied me rudely ' hamare yahan aisa hi milta hai, ja ke counter pe baat kariye'. Please tech your staff etiquette to behave with customers we are not paying for the food only but for the service and comfort too.
Earlier they used to serve good quality food but now as we are their regular customers sometimes they serve cold or stale (no longer fresh) food to us that too of less quantity as compared to years ago. You all should really look into this matter.

Shivam is very friendly and offers yummy masala chai with a great view of the Ganga from Assi Ghat. He has his own dairy farm, so you know that the milk will always be fresh.

This cafe is amazing! Great quality coffee (the best I've had in India so far) and great atmosphere. I had the banana honey pancakes and they were great as well. Such a nice spot would highly recommend. Enjoyed it so much we came back twice!
