The boston pizza - Fast food restaurant in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

The pizza was fresly baked and delicious. Fast and prompt service. The place had a cozy and warm ambience. One star deducted because things like garlic bread and pasta were written in the menu, but not available. Also, don't ask for beer. They just have pictures on the walls, not actual beer. Overall, I'd say the place is good enough, albeit a bit underrated. One can visit there for a date or hangout with friends.

The only this which is good about this place is the ambience. Food is okay but service is very poor. I got cold chicken wrap - cold from inside and outside which was odd very bad quantity. Their Boston special pizza was okay.

I got my pizza from swiggy. Sorry to say, but worst pizza I ever had. Leave the taste, leave everything...but burnt food?? Burnt cheese..it looks like burnt plastic. I couldnt eat one full slice and I feel like being sick! Sorry Boston pizza but please improve food qualityand till then dont accept orders...dont send bad quality food to people and dont play with our health, please!!

Boston pizza tried it first time, Nd order a double cheese pizza no doubt cheese is all time favourite thing we love and it was superb yummy but what I thought after order this pizza in double cheese you ll only get pizza so it was wrong order. But still no regret at all it was supper yummy. Let's talk about crust which is the biggest problem in most of the pizzas, the crust was thin. And finely baked. The best crust I must say . So if I order any other pizza I know that ll also be super. Good work but will my experience when ll visit there.

Worst place to visit and as well as this restaurant has worst services... the one who gives serivces has even not a single penny sense how to talk.. i recommend not to visit this place.. It is a request to manager to give some sense of talking to ur waiters and even make them learn how to talk to costumers so that the problem which we faced shall not be faced by anymore else.. as the waiters are rudest.. they don't know how to deal the costumer.. and are too egoistic.. and i hope the manger of this branch would taught how to deal with the costumers..

The experience and food wasn't that great. Initially we asked for normal water and they provided us with packaged water which was chargeable. One asking again for normal water they directly told that they only give packaged water which is charged, which doesn't make sense as per govt rules, free water should be available at any restaurant. We had ordered burger and some cold drinks. The burger was decent but the fries weren't that much. The potato felt mushy and wasn't tasty. The Oreo shake was also very bad and felt like it was just water mixed with Oreo biscuits. Expected a lot better than we got as the entrance had some good art work and felt like there a great theme going around but the experience made it bad.

If i could give 0 stars, i would do that. The waitress is extremely rude. They charge for water (non-bottled). The fries were not fried. The oreo shake was water with oreo. Worst ever. The worst place to go for food. Save money and eat else where.
