I went to this gym with my friend.The equipments are imported and the ambience is super nice.The coach is quite decent and helpful.My friend joined two months back and he is in good shape now.I would recommend Keep Fit to all.
its a nice place with the fully knowlaged trainer and with the fully functioned eqvipments here we needs to fulfil our totally workout. thats why its nice place for our health and its fees are cheaper than the hospital fees.
thera are all equipments available and are in good condition but the trainer don't give any attention to us.
