Very poor customer service and product knowledge Went to the store and selected 3 products for checkout during the process of billing out of nowhere we were totally ignored by the sales rep and another customer's products were billed and we were told to wait Totally disrespectful staff

I love some products of Body Shop so much. Specially the Vanilla flavored cosmetics.few products are too expensive yet since the quality is good its seems fair. They keep having occasional offers which makes shopping happier.Also the staff are professional and provide good service.

The product banna shampoo and conditionor had to be 50% off...the charged me full and extra for the cap( they said it was for free) Saturday i had been to the same shop they were rude enough to tell me stand outside rather than convincing me about situation. ..one of the employee was not polite...i tried calling them over the contact ...their number comes cancelled all incoming calls...poor customer service

It's a nice shop and its inside the CITY CENTRE MALL And customer services are poor than expected. It has a good Collection of perfumes. It's a bit expensive. But worth the money we spent N
