No doubt, the product of the body shop is good but the behaviour of employees is wrost (there is no respect for coustomers)
I've been to the store multiple times with the intention of getting new cosmetic products. I've been advocate of cruelty free products since very long but it's very hard for me to buy products if the enployees are thoroughly uncooperative & unwelcoming. The staff really needs to behave more professional & informative with assurance. I'm very very disappointed.....
I walked into your store yesterday with an intention to buy some makeup. Since I don't have any other option for vegan makeup in Udaipur, I was really looking to buy some products. I still walked out empty handed. That means your sales reps have to be really bad at their job. It was like they didn't wanna sell at all. Like they doing me a favour by showing me the 2 products that they did. I wonder how you are running this business.
They have standardized retail standard and practice, but when sales involves human factors they need passion for sales and treat every customer as buyer, as it experience based selling products, writing this review as long time user of body shop products, on airports outlet's some time you find better deals
Rude staff... they don't tell us and explainabout the products. Body shop is a big name but when the staff is uncooperative no one wants to buy from it.
I've been to this place and before buying anything from this shop i walked out as the manager of this shop was rude and didn't have basic ethic how to deal with their customers. Who and how this type of employee been recruited i don't understand.
