We bought a couple products from here. It was nice. It's a small place and they don't have all variety of products the brand has. But it's good.

Worst representative for a renowed brand. The lady was very rude when we asked about some clarity regarding the use of products. Even she was unwilling to explain about membership plans.The other boy there stepped in and explained everything well. I dont know why the shop has kept such an irresponsible lady there.After searching for reviews about the shop,i have seen lots of complaints regarding her I wont be going there again and will depend on ernakulam branch.

Kopalakishnan service is very good super

Only one body shop outlet in Thrissur and it's pretty good. Been a shoping there since atleast two years and top excellent service from jomol chechi. Have always helped me pick up the best products by explaning abt the product and way to use to them . I have even rang up to the store asking for which product to buy next and jomol chechi always attended with good suggestions. One the best service ever experienced.

They have some impressive collection of body products. The shop may not look like much from outside, but they have a huge collection indoors. It is almost as good as the shop they have in Bangalore. The products are super cool and although they may seem a bit expensive, they are all good value for money.

The representative named jomole was very kind polite and helpfull in choosing me the best products of body shop. She is having a great knowledge about the products and specifications. Great shoping with body shop here at shobha mall.
