I bought the "you're the one" mist at the store at an offer buy 2 get 1 free. The item cost was 699 each however the store charged me 799 and insisted that there was a barcode change and the cost of the price was higher. If that is the case why put the cost label on the product.
Not friendly staff ,they think customer came for Roaming only... Asked more amount than MRP... She said ... MRP was showing on product was 699 but the price is more than that saying MRP printed is wrong and system is correct... Total loot... Please be aware ! before buying ... ... Zero for service
The both females were useless on the store because they didn't told me how to use or anything else i asked her about the product and she is seeing on product and telling me didn't expect this kind of service please have some experience staff at store

Very bad behaviour of store manager RENUKA , most horrible , rude, arrogant and unprofessional employee ever found in TBS Vashi, i have been visiting this store since last 8 / 9 years but today was my worst experience , dont go to that lady - store manager renuka , she will piss u off to that extent , you will stop using TBS products and they tnink taking customers for granted is just a small issue. Having said this , i must mention that the other lady there - Ms. KAJAL is EXCELLENT in her work , behaviour and conduct.
very good natural products. I am the big fan of its good smell and quality. Mostly i buy moisturizers for here. and that work perfectly for my oily skin. But once i brought sunscreen that i don't work for my skin...if you wanna try.. you can. yeah...!!! Bit costly
These stars belong to the body shop and the rest of the stars have been diluted by the stores service. What i felt, the store keeper thinks that being attached with body shop, they are superior tha customers, they are not at all polite. This is what i felt. Might be the store having haughty dayy
