The Body Factory Gym - Gym in Anekal, Byagadadhenahalli - Bengaluru Urban, India

My friend visited today to this gym, he was member 6months back. 6months back paid admission charge 400 and noticed cross trainer not working and discontinued after that... Today when he visited , gym instructor told him to pay admission charge again.. how many times admission charge to be paid? To our surprise cross trainer is not working till now... They are charging 3500 per quarter which is too high on top of that admission charge should be paid if you discontinue in between... And they don't have proper maintenance for machines... Gym machines should be maintained regularly for safety...

Sourav ji is a amazing trainer with very good skill in training of both cardio and bodybuilding. He is very enthusiastic about changing gym with new things. the gym.

The gym body factory is nice and have been extremely satisfied with my experience so far. Trainers( Mr.Deepu & Mr.Sourav) are friendly and welcoming, and are always willing to answer any questions I have or provide guidance on using the equipment &they are all knowledgeable and energetic, making each workout enjoyable and effective. The facilities are state-of-the-art and always kept clean and well-maintained. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to join this gym and would highly recommend it to others. The value for money is excellent and I have already seen improvements in my fitness since joining.

Modern and spacious gym for all gym rats,all types of modern equipment available .Coach sourav is superb in his field and is very friendly and supportive coach .

Hello Guys, Writing this review after completing few months at this gym. The subscription charges are nominal and even have a good discount if we take it 3 months or 6 months or 12 months. Below are the things i have liked about the gym: 1. The gym is near to me place and the timings are perfect from Morning 5 am to 10 am and evening 5 pm to 10 PM . Morning is the best time suits for me. 2. One thing i liked most about the gym is - it is vast and design and theme is very unique. 3. Sourav the trainer out there is a go to guy and guides/supports me on day to day workouts. He is an expert cardio trainer, and the cardio training will be an intensive one and it helps to strengthen the core of the body. He even guides/ provide tips on diet. 4. There is a option of personal trainings to curve your body. 5. The gym is quite clean and maintained well. Happy with the way its gone so far and hoping the same support going forward.

Body Factory Gym is a very spacious and well equipped gym. The gym has enough space for both weightlifting and crossfit training. The trainer, Sourav, is well educated about both weightlifting and cardio based workouts. He is a very helpful and reliable trainer who is ready to help at any point of time. Would definitely reccoment this gym for people who experience as well as to beginners!

The trainer Mr.Sourav is really awesome in both cardio and body building training, he train us high level of cardio training and weight lifting from beginning stage to super sets. The Gym is very nice and beautiful to do workout.
