First ever female friendly gym I came across here and there are many facilities available from top notch machines to a well personalized diet and exercise routine. Sir is very attentive and professional with his work and the environment is also amazing. This gym has really been a life changer for me. I was suffering from back pain since long time, but through the guidance through my instructor sir, pain is much much better. The instructor really helps with different types of exercises, which has really helped a lot. I give 5 stars to gym on basis of my experience. Recommend it to join. Go for it.
Its been 1 months since i joined this gym and i can certainly say that this place is worth your time and money.
