Rooms are spacious and clean. There are individual water heaters in each room. We stayed for 1 night. This is right behind big buddha and walkable to some of the nearby temples.
Not only room is clean and well maintained, but also the hospitality they showed is exceptional. Traveling India can be a little exhausting with lots of negotiations with total strangers everyday but once we go back to the hotel we feel very safe because you know they try to assure their guests trouble-free, having good time during the whole stay. It's nice to know they run this hotel for a good cause, educating mighty young students in hotel management field. Breakfast and dinner were also great, and I loved that they provide teabags in our room everyday. There's some room for improvement infrastructure-wise (stable electricity and wifi), other than that, it's just perfect place to stay in Budhgaya.
Clean, functional and well maintained rooms. Best part is you're supporting a good cause: training up local youth in employability skill in international-standard hospitality. The staff truly care about the quality of the stay. The food (options are veg, paneer and non-veg thalis) was delicious and hygienic - an emphasis on local dishes - and guests need to order in advance. Hotel was excellent help in arranging different forms of transport and local English-speaking guide for exploring the key sites. Highly recommend!
Excellent property. Located on the road behind the 80 feet Buddha Statue. The concept of hotel cum school is something unique. Gleaming rooms furnished with all modern gadgets. Service was top notch. The staff were extremely courteous and respectful. Complimentary breakfast and Thali dinner were of great variety and was truly sumptuous. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family in March 2019. Highly recommended.
I consider my stay in this hotel to be WONDERFUL. I spent12 nights. Great location. We spent a view days in this hotel, situated at the edge of Bodhgaya near the big japanese buddha statue. They work with interns that they coach. Service is excellent, very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean, only the badroom has a peculiar layout that may not be to everybodies taste. The breakfast is good. For dinner the menucard is limited and with mostly Indian dishes. The Wifi is rather poor and sometimes nonexistence. The price for a night is very pleasant
Good facility for reasonable money. Seems we were the only guests, so the staff was always ready to help etc. Breakfast was very good. The only problem we could name - it was a bit cold and wet in room, but we got two heaters and fixed it.
The rooms are clean, all fixtures are functioning, maintenance is excellent and food was very good.Besides these the staff were excellent and helpful.The location is strategic not in the noise and pollution of the town but in a quiet place just behind the 80 feet Buddha statue. The best part is we were contributing to a Social cause of the NGO Agragami which is training Young village adults in Hotel management,highly subsidising their studies. I stayed here for 6 days..these guys were very polite specially the owner Mr. Mukesh Singh. The Place is very safe and clean as well,It is Just near to Mahabodhi temple. So 5 stars to them and their polite attitude. Recommended
