The Bob House Pool Resort and Cafe Pavana Lake - Resort hotel in Gevhande Khadak - Pune, India

We recently went there with one kid and one infant and the services are good I don't like the room as it's very congested and lots of mosquitoes were there They gave me the liquid but was not effective at all. The clock was not working and there was no place to keep our stuff also. In front of the room they put a garbage truck. In the bathroom there were many insects so I was not happy with the room and due to mosquitos I am suffering from high fever now... Location is good but the reaching track is worst car ka thik karne ka cost badh jayega.. About the staff :- they were good n polite n food was also good Will suggest take another place to stay...

Overall experience was good !! Road is bit tricky in rainy season! Nice place ! Food is not upto the standard of their pricing! Food is tasty, i mean to say pricing is too much.. You can get nice italian cuisine at that price! Otherwise clean rooms nice premises helping staff! They upgraded my room on the spot at fair pricing!! Overall very good experience! 4/5

The stay was amazing, rooms were clean and food is good. The prawns dishes and the locally grown Indrani rice is a must try. I picked up 5kgs of rice for my personal consumption. You'll spot 2 friendly Rottweilers in the property as well. For drivers: The last 5kms leading to the property is horrible. Low Sedans will take a few hits. SUVs won't feel the pain. Full credit goes to Darren who hosted us and ensured our stay was a comfortable one.

A good getaway from Mumbai. The service was top notch especially by Darren. He was a great host , very humble must say. Rooms were okay okay , clean though. Food (chicken dishes)wasn't upto the mark. The local rice called Indrani rice was a delight. Prawns were absolutely delish. Overall it was a good experience

Location is good. Toiletries could have been of good quality. We booked a 12bed room but there was only 1 washroom and that to it was compact so they need to be mindful about it. Would recommend only 1 day stay.

It's a place for youngsters. If you are looking for a fancy place then look elsewhere. The view is good only from the rooms on the 1 st floor. Lots of steps to climb. Difficult for senior citizens. Food was good but 5 star prices ! 8 small/ medium prawns ( very delicious) for 620 rs . It should have been not more than 350 rs . Last 3 km of the road was bad due to the rain . Lake side is 5 minutes walking distance . But there is nothing else all around The bedrooms are not at all like the pictures shown on the website. Badly organised. You have to ask for soap toilet paper and glasses and mugs . Look for places on the other side of Pavana. Not worth the price we paid. It was like a dhaba with rooms .

Best hotel i ever visited,today was my birthday on 12 am at night we reached there but still the staff managed pastry /cake for me... Thanks for me making my birthday special I'll always remeber be thankful for the staff....

Extremely bad service. Little bit arrogent Lots of restrictions on timings. People are going to outing for refreshing the mind but this resort is restricting for timings and activities. I don't prefer this resort. Lots of options are available which is having tremendous awesome service.
