The Blue Diamond Restaurant - Indian restaurant in Jamshedpur - East Singhbum, India

I recently patronized Blue Diamond Bistupur, a renowned and longstanding restaurant chain in Jamshedpur. The establishment is notable for its exceptional culinary offerings and surprisingly affordable price range. Our experience included the delectable Chicken Hot Wings, exhibiting a delightful flavor profile, albeit not overly spicy. The "Electric Shock" mocktail provided a refreshing accompaniment to the meal. While the main course met our expectations, it leaned towards being satisfactory.

Not a place for biryani, you can find better biryani in moti mahal, just a floor above blue diamond.

My last visit to this place was on Christmas, 2022 and it goes without saying that the place was cramped with people. Since I wanted a table for two, I had to wait not more than 3 minutes to be guided to my table. Once in, I could see that the whole town was out for celebration. But inspite of the crowd, the service offered by the restaurant was nice. They were polite and it was visible that they were trained to handle a large crowd and they were not panicking at all. I ordered the chicken lolipop for starter, the blue lagoon as the drink, chicken hydrabadi and butter naan for the dinner main course. I had to wait about 40 mi utes for my food, which is understandable because it was heavily crowded, and it was Christmas. The chicken lolipop was tasty, wrapped in foil and crispy on the outside. The blue lagoon was refreshing and pleasing to the eyes. The chicken and naan was very tasty. The naan in particular was exquisite. It was fluffy and can be told was made of fresh dough. I got a sneak peek into the kitchen and stay assured, it looked clean and hygenic most important, was less noisy than other kitchens I have seen. The atmospheres was also clam and soothing. My whole evening cost less than 1000 for two people. I would give it 4.2 out of 5.

Disappointing Dining Experience I recently dined at Blue Diamond and sadly, it was a letdown from start to finish. The most striking aspect was the complete lack of flavor in the dishes. It was as if the chef had forgotten to add any seasoning whatsoever. Each bite was a bland disappointment, leaving me questioning the kitchen's competency. Furthermore, the unprofessionalism of the staff was astonishing especially the Dark Toned Manager. He seemed disinterested in providing any level of service beyond the bare minimum. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted due to a lack of care and attention to detail. I would strongly advise others to reconsider dining at this restaurant ever.

Service is too bad. Even the road side dhaba guy is better then blue diamond food service staff. And even the manager is not ready to listen to the review. Very bad experience. And it's not even happening one time. Too bad.

One of the budget friendly restaurant in Jamshedpur. I usually go theirs with family and friends too. I really go for dinner. I love their Indian cuisine. Ordered Chicken Biryani, Served with Hair.. after complaining.. Manager behaved so casually and Not having any regret for it. Worst Experience.. it's become like road side DHABA.

Worst experience here with the food topped with rude behaviour of the manager Shudhanshu when told about the size of the chicken pieces.
