3 rd class dj, they just want to reduce there review or public, no one of there employe is supportive, all 5 rating reviews are all fake in the reviews by there own people's

Rooms need refurbishment as there were many issues like broken chair.. water leakage from AC. Bedding was poor and not suitable for sleeping as it had caused backache to many.

Except for the location, this hotel is pathetic to say the least. It charged me Rs 3000-/ per day for a room with complimentary breakfast, and all they offered were Paranthas, puris & Poha. The food quality was poor. The rooms are spacious but the furnitures & furnishing is less than ordinary. The bathroom had a cheap plastic bathtub & the shower was hanging on the ceiling above the bathtub, one has to stand on the tub to take a shower. There is only one small light at the ceiling in the bathroom. It was difficult to shave as there is shadow on your face. The bedside runner was very cheap and worn out, the budget hotels have better facilities. At night there was a rat roaming around the room. There is no telephone in the room, therefore if you had to call the reception, they provide a mob no which was busy/no response most of the times. The staff is not at all pleasant or courteous. They seem to be very careless and indifferent. I had to give one star, or else the feedback does not function.

Its awesome, I didn't see any other premises having that type of features in a single roof which is present in Bliss...

High in price low in service and service satisfaction. Sad Order something you will get something else. Strange and pathetic

The rooms are very good and clean but do not justify the price they ask for. There is no option for room service so you have to come down and take whatever you want to eat. The area and views are amazing , they have a specific area for everything you want or say which includes : club, restro bar , pool , Hall and a lawn. The overall infrastructure is very beautifully made and gives you a royal/rich look. We organised a function very recently there and the food was very good too. Service can be a little improved, rest all is great.

Worst place to stay! I would like to highlight few points of my recent stay in this hotel. 1. Hotel staff is not qualified at all. 2. One order takes 2hrs! I ordered the food at 9pm and received it 11pm, as a bonus food item was not the one which I ordered. 3. Hygiene, rooms are not cleaned properly, I have found dead crickets lying on the floor. Bedsheets are not changed after use. I have found blood stains (probably someone had Love) on the bed sheets. 4. Staff just neglects your queries or any kind of special request. 5. Food is not at all good here. For an example smell of kerosene can be felt in tandoori chicken. 6. Foul odour in bathroom tap water and shower! Tanks are not cleaned at all I guess. 7. Airconditioning is not proper as the equipments are not even in working mode. Water leakage from the AC pipes creates a mess on the floor. 8. Room's telephone service is dead! You need to go down to the reception counter for requests. Or take staff's personal number. Fact: after you take staffs personal number, you will start receiving photos of escorts! Overall experience : WORST
