We went for new year party nd it was bang on... We came from Ratlam only to enjoy new year event... It was best decision... All management crew was really good...thank u black box nd dunes team... Happy new year 2022

Very nice place with open roof swimming pool, club and they host variety of happening events. I attended Appurv Gupta's stand-up special "Kaafi Wild Hai" there.

Worst management. There are different mangers for restaurant, pool,hotel in which coordination play vital role and there is lack of the same. This create chaos and ultimately you have to pay for it.

Done business with The black box. But owner is Fraud & Cheater. Not made full payment instead talk in very bad language. Very cheap people.Avoid going at cheap people's place.

Very Poor quality of service and food also. But palace is good. Not response of staff.
