We recently organized a get together of a group of 20 people and 7-8 kids at gaur farmhouse and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property has a beautiful 2.5-acre area,away from city pollution situated on top of small hill, which was well-maintained and kept clean throughout our stay. However, there are a couple of areas that could benefit from improvement. Firstly, the rooms provided were neat and clean, but there is definitely room for improvement. Some of the kitchen facilities seemed outdated and could use an upgrade to enhance the overall experience. It would be great if you could consider modernizing the kitchen area to better accommodate larger groups like ours. Additionally, while the swimming pool was available for use, it was a bit smaller than anticipated. We found it slightly challenging to accommodate all individuals comfortably. Expanding the pool or adding additional recreational water facilities would greatly enhance the enjoyment of your guests. Another aspect that requires attention is the condition of the 1 km road leading to the farmhouse. The patchy road made it a bumpy journey, and we recommend improving the road quality to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable commute for future visitors. Despite these minor suggestions for improvement, I want to emphasize that our overall experience at your farmhouse was positive. The natural beauty of the 2.5-acre property, along with the cleanliness and friendly staff, made our stay memorable. We are appreciate your attention to these feedback points and believe that addressing them would significantly enhance the experience for future guests. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming farm house in Gurgaon. Nestled amidst lush greenery, it offers a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle. Whether you're looking for a peaceful weekend getaway or a venue for a special event, this farm house ticks all the boxes.

Amazing property with very helpfully staff. I was first confused with their negative reviews which were totally false, as we didn't have any such experience. The owner explained that customers who post fake reviews were mostly broke property rules and misbehaved with the staff and sometimes the owner himself. Our group experienced some wonderful Hospitality by the staff. Highly recommend this farmhouse in Gurgaon fully hygienic, very well maintained, and great work staff. The staff is not at all welcoming and warm their behavior is very rude. Basic amenities like blankets, toiletries and pillows were missing. Things they say at the time of booking is not fulfilled. Really bad experience I don't thing anyone should host and ruin there gatherings here

If you are looking for a weekend getaway with family and friends then this is best place for party. This property is very well maintained, food was good, service was excellent. The whole team was polite. Specially Kuldeep Bhaiya he took care of each and everything.

I recently visit with family high expectations, but unfortunately, the hospitality fell far short of my expectations. I was disheartened by the way my companions and I were treated during our stay/dining experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a lack of warmth and friendliness from the staff. There was a noticeable absence of genuine smiles and welcoming gestures, which made us feel unwelcome right from the start. It is vital for hospitality establishments to create a welcoming atmosphere, and sadly, this was severely lacking. Moreover, the staff members were consistently unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. We encountered several issues during our stay, ranging from requests for assistance to basic inquiries, but each time we approached the staff, we were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. Their lack of empathy and willingness to assist left us feeling unsupported and frustrated. Additionally, the tone of communication from the staff was unexpectedly harsh. Instead of providing constructive solutions or explanations, they responded to our queries and concerns with impatience and rudeness. It is important for any customer-facing business to prioritize clear and respectful communication, and unfortunately, this was not the case here. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the level of hospitality provided by [Hotel/Restaurant/Resort Name]. Their lack of warmth, unhelpful attitude, and harsh communication style made our experience far from enjoyable. Awesome place. Really had a good time but little expensive and no service available for food.Even the delivery is difficult in night. It is good if you have your own cook. The caretakers are very humble and takes care of your needs. Overall good experience.
