CAUTION!!!
A couple of days ago, I visited this cafe with a friend and ordered a lemon iced tea.
The taste of the iced tea was not up to the mark, so requested her to make the changes.
They added the flavour to the drink and then an ant was found in the drink, I showed it to her and requested her to change the drink.
THEY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME JUST REMOVED THE ANT FROM A SPOON AND SHIFTED THE DRINK INTO ANOTHER GLASS AND SERVED IT TO ME.
I TOLD HER THAT I SAW YOU GUYS GIVING ME THE SAME DRINK. IN RESPONSE THEY SAID OBVIOUSLY WE WILL NOT MAKE A WHOLE NEW DRINK FOR YOU.
I AM A VEGETARIAN AND I DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE DRINKING THAT AND SHE WAS ARGUING WITH ME THAT SHE WON'T CHANGE THE DRINK.
BY THIS KNOW WHAT LEVEL OF HYGIENE ARE THEY MAINTAINING AT THEIR PLACE.
FINALLY SHE DECIDED TO CHANGE THE DRINK AND I MADE SURE SHE THREW THE PREVIOUS ONE IN FRONT OF ME.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE CAFE OWNER
It's a cool cozy place to relax. It's themed nicely with some old-school games to play and light music in background. The snacks served are fresh, tasty and good portion size. The people there are pleasant and welcoming. I had regular French fries and a chocolate milkshake.
This small decent cafe located at Lokhandwala, Andheri (W). They offers some delicious coffees, subs and sandwiches. Ambience is just cute and decent with indoor and outdoor seating arrangement.
We tried Cappuccino, Mexican Mocha (Highly Recommended), Triple Chocolate Shake (Highly recommended), Tandoori Paneer Sub, Chilli Cheese Garlic Bread and Hot Sizzling Brownie.
Staff were friendly with prompt service. Will surely visit soon !!!

Cozy little Cafe with great food and lovely staff/owner. We tried the hot chocolate, sandwiches and a slush! The beverages were sweet for us which the lady kindly rectified :) Low on frills but great taste and service! Recommended!!
There are plenty cafe's in Andheri but I am always excited when a new one opens. The newest to hit Suburbs is The Big Mug. This place is perfect for lazy weekends.
The seat beside the front windows at the cosy cafe provides lot of natural light and beautiful view. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. Whether you're by the window, sitting outdoor or hanging at a private roundtable, you'll still experience the same brightly lit, chilled out environment.
The menu features over a dozen kinds of coffee including the exclusive The Big Mug Mexican Mocha and The Big Mug Classic Frappe. Naturally, their coffee menu is double the size of their food menu, but they do serve good food too. The cheese garlic bread is must have, and they also serve subs and sandwiches. In addition to the house blend, try their blueberry cheesecake.

Surprisingly one of the finest Mochas we've had till date, with a perfect balance of coffee and just right amount of mild sweetness. The aroma, the texture and the flavours are just right! Highly recommended having a coffee here as the Barista knows here job well!
