The place is decent, but there was no cleanliness, there were cockroaches under the mattress, in the kitchen drawers, even the pool had insects, later after asking the house help they cleaned the pool. Electricity is a big issue, thye did not have enough power backup, throughout our stay there was power fluctuation, some ACs would work and some would not, on the terrace deck lights and fans would not work. It was not even wiped and dusted, for everything we had to ask the house help to clean it which was only waste of our time. In terms of enjoyment we did enjoy the pool time, but apart from that the rest all was more of headache majorly due to cleanliness problems. I would highly recommend they get pest control done and have proper power back up installed.

The only highlight of the farmhouse was the pool, but apart from that everything was mediocre, not at all worth the money. The caretaker said they'll put "All out" machines in rooms for mosquitos but they didn't. Had to call the owner for every single thing as the house help wasn't responsible and responsive enough. Electricity and cleanliness was a big problem over all. The owners should either consider reducing the charges or giving better service

Only pool was worth the time and money. Pathetic cleanliness and no service at all. The restaurant gave us a menu with some other rates and billed us with some other rate. Eg - Biryani in menu was for 220 they billed us for 280.

Had an amazing stay with big size pool and garden! The staff is also very polite.

Not at all value for money They quote abrupt rates and don't provide service accordingly. It has pan spits in the hall corners

One of the best farmhouse in Nagpur with best pool. We had a great time with family.

Well the place and service was awesome I had some complaints like, we actually booked Ibiza like 1 month before but before reaching the date one week earlier they said we have to go to Hawaii farmhouse as the Ibiza will be under construction also the money at which we booked was later increased as well cause the Hawaii was costly and they forced us to not only to take Hawaii farmhouse but to also pay the full money. That's not the good behaviour, they not only forced us to upgrade to costly place but to also had to pay full money.
