Have been a big chill fan for over a decade now but my recent visit wasn't good enough. Was not at all satisfied with the quantity and taste of our white sauce pasta. Even on complaining there was no replacement and any attention paid by the staff and service people. It was a sad state as this was least expected out of a restaurant as great as Big chill. Definitely not coming back ever to this place.
It was a great dining experience, at least for the first time. There are few basic misses like cutlery and tissue stock up. Serving up water or asking at least what kind of water is required, bottled or normal, cold or room temperature. A bit of lag was noticeable. But that didn't take away from the overall food and dine in experience. Would surely be back again.
We went Ardee mall's big chill outlet.. As other outlet this was also very good.. Food, services, and ambience all were amazing.
It is a very beautiful place. Good food. The retro ambience with movie posters and brick wall adds to the experience. Their menu is very impressive with so many options. Food and cocktails are amazing as well. Tiramisu was good. In the weekend, it's a bit crowded. Servers are also helpful in giving good suggestions.
Awesome taste of food and really good menu . You will love the ambience and food tastes great. Menu is really vaalst loads of choice. Price wise it's little higher like 650 -700 rs per dish . So it will cost 1700 -1800 Rs for a two.
Food quality is perfect. Service level is good. Place is neat and clean. We have been to The Big chill at many different locations and they never disappoint, it's a safe bet.
Big chill is having big crowd of chatter friends who want to talk alot. No music or low volume music so that you can talk. But talk is too much. Although food is good .
Great food, prompt service and lovely ambience. The big chill outlets everywhere are almost similar in terms of service. Had a great evening with friends. On weekends, there might be a bit of waiting but it's worth.
