Good gym. But cheap, so don't expect ac and very good trainer help etc. Machines are all not in good shape. But if have less budget then good for workouts. At the end of the day muscle making is self determination and diet.
Its a good gym. The equipment as slightly old but work very well and are of good quality build. Its cheap and men's only. Its kind of hardcore weight lifting gym. There is not much crowd so you get equipments easily. I come in evening here, there are no trainers. Nothing to complain of because gym is really affordable. Fees is 700 inr per month and 1500 inr quarterly. That's really like nothing. If you are self motivated and can train yourself this gym will be a good option.
Gym is equipped with many equipments. Ambience and environment is not too attractive, and it is like old types. But you won't get gyms as lower as 500rs in the locality. But you have to compromise at this price, quality depends on you,
No trainer in the evening session, too early closing timings, no proper facilities of playing music, pricing is between 500Rs-700Rs.
