Recently, my friend and I visited the place. We were welcomed with some welcome drinks, and after that, we started with the starters, trying all the available food. I can't say everything tasted good, but some dishes were truly fabulous. There is a variety of desserts, and we sampled some of them, finding them to be quite enjoyable. Now, let's address the main matter - the service. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. We had to call our server multiple times, and they were not proficient in both Tamil and English. This language barrier posed a challenge, but we managed to navigate through it somehow. Overall, I would rate Big Barbecue 8/10.

Many of the food reviewers giving false reviews for this restaurant. I gave personally experienced in very bad food quality and customer service ambiance nothing we can mark as good about this restaurant. Please check the lists of bad I have experienced 1. Mayo consistency like shampoo 2. No one taken care for the particular table booking or service 3. No one explined what are all the availability of menu and didn't informed about special menu like honey wings, chicken leg bbq and ect. Many of reviewers mentioned like more than 100 items available in this restaurant they are not even served water during our vist and we took water bottle for cost of 20 rs And please check the images I have attached

First of all if u entered you will have a feel of getting into a smoke house with hot air blowing up all over the dining area. Left side tables r good, Right if u take u ll regret badly, The places AC was felt is the main course hall way but you can't sit there. Starters were average. Apart from food, the service was very very poor and they don't know how to handle the crowd..spoiled crab curry no curd rice even, veg is horrible, cold andra chicken. Plain prawns, Finally, their swipe machine didn't work... Overall, Ambience and Service needs to be improve a lot n lot, I saw some negative review still ignored and went but I have learned lesson most importantly don't trust reels in youtube insta etc, we are badly complaining and shouting one girl is doing her reels by giving positive review, since she paid for. Plate also not washed basic is serving water. Look at the picture am posting it's all not good food and not had left in table. It's worth for 250 per person.

Food taste was OK, but Lots of improvement needed. First of all, getting into the building which is under renovation and climbing up 10th floor in an old lift was little scary due to safety issues. In 10th floor, you will have a feel of getting into a smoke house with hot air blowing up all over the dining area. The only place AC was felt is the main course hall way, but you can't sit there. Starters were ok kind but few dishes tasted good (prawns and guntoor chkn). Apart from food, the service was very very poor and they don't know how to handle the crowd. Moreover, as like other bbq shops they don't understand the native language and very hard to convince them to bring in a dish. (could be part of less food consumption strategy). Tired of speaking with these guys.... Finally, their Amex swipe machine didn't work... Overall, Ambience and Service needs to be improved or people would avoid this bbq shop going forward. (pls close the glass windows or stick some cooling stickers or install some shades to block direct sunlight)

Very bad experience. Seems the place is over hyped Service: Serving the dishes was very late. Noticed mostly all tables have started fighting with restaurant staff. The buffet menu was placed in different places and No clear guidance on it. Taste: Very few dishes was ok. Rest all was bad. Crab soup: The crab was very bad Tandoori chicken salad: Only onions was there Not recommended. If you had been to other bbq places this place will be very bad experience to you.

It's my second time dining here with colleague's. The menu items are similar to other BBQ resturants. The main course isn't great. We found a small insect tasting the deserts when we tried them. In general the ambiance is great and the food is okay.

Good service by Mr. Ashish and team. You can come with your family or friends they will take care of you for any occasion. They serve alcohol , beer etc Try once and don't forget to use Swiggy Dineout for discounts

Worst ever place I have ever been! I have taken my family here and it is completely waste of money and time. Starting from the time we go inside their service, food and the way they take our feedback is a complete nightmare. Pls don't step here unless you are fine to compromise your health and money. We had to visit the doctor multiple times as they don't provide fresh food. Also, they give priority only for bigger groups and even they suffered without plates and spoons. They lack basic hygiene and food is thrown everywhere. Personally suggesting you all not to visit here.
