The hotel is not far from the Mumbai Airport which is quite convenient if you're catching a late night/early morning flight.
Rooms are cleaned well enough compared to the rate at which they charge.
The management needs to improve on putting up a sign to indicate the location of the hotel as it can be very hard to locate for first time customers.
Overall, it's a great place to spend the night on a budget and the staff are friendly. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm arriving late in Mumbai
To be honest that hotel was incredible for the budget hotel price range service was good staff was friendly and good communication skill I really enjoyed thaks team we will visit again soon

The AC filters were opaque from dust. The white walls in my room were all scuffed up, and I didn't get a room with a window, but it had a full body mirror that wasn't cracked. Almost all of the lights worked, the fan in the bathroom and over the bed did too, along with the electronic key card for the door and power. I was not able to get the TV to turn on, but there was power to the TV, cable box, and the remote batteries were good.
The AC in my room worked well, there were virtually no bugs, (saw 2 mosquitos and a moth in a week), the floors and bathroom are full tile, staff at the front desk 24/7, and the price is half of anywhere else you will find in Mumbai, Very clean for this price and I would stay here again.
If you are from a Western country and have travelled a lot on a budget, and you need a private room (assuming all the rooms are like mine), you'll be happy. Anyone else from a Western country, or couples, probably should find a hotel in the $50+ range for something more familiar.
P.S. I did clean the AC air filter for them, and for myself.
Great value for money for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. Although they make an effort, do not expect great cleanliness. But the staff is very kind and accommodating.
