Best hospital is special to us. As it's been our family hospital. The oldest to youngest member goes to best for any health related issues. We have always had a great experience with best hospital. Recently I got two surgeries done over a span of 2 months. Stone removal and hernia surgery. Both the surgeries were successful and recovery time was fast. I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to the best hospital team. Especially Dr.Mylappan our family Physician. My gratitude and thanks to Dr. Premanayagam. - Gastroenterologist who performed the hernia surgery (laproscopic). A very skilled and patient doctor who explained everything in detail which helped me to recover really fast. Thank you Dr. for the care given. Thank you Dr Shekar who did the stone surgery. Their admin team, Nurses everyone are soo good and made our stay at hospital very pleasant. Thank you Team

I feel the quality of service degraded ..... I often visit Best hospital in Vadaplani since 1998( Earlier with Veerabadhran Sir / Premkumar Sir and further with Mayilappan Sir ) for all emergency needs . Today i had a very bad experience with the front desk staff . They not even taking the request to doctor instead declining directly to meet Mayilappan Sir . we understand the policies and there are ways to communicate with patients that too on Hospitality industry ..... Based on todays experience , i would never feel again to visit the hospital further.

Best Hospital is our choice whenever there is any illness or emergencies. Reason we have been going to Best hospital from my Husband's grandmother's time. Dr Veerabadran was our family Doctor. From eldest of our family to youngest would be taken care by him. A wonderful Doctor whom we always adore and miss. Always his diagnosis was perfect and he would help us bounce back to health. As time passed Dr. Mylappan is our family Doctor. A great doctor who remembers our health condition and ensures the family is healthy. Our experience at best hospital is always pleasant and very good. Recently also my husband had a bladder stone removal Surgery. We went very scared but Dr. Shekar and his team from Best hospital made it a pleasant experience. The surgery was successful. Third day we were back home completely fine. A special thanks to Dr. Premanayagam who guided us throughout the process I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to Dr. Mylappan - MD and his entire Best Hospital team for their wonderful service to people. A very affordable hospital too. Everyone from the Doctors , nurses, helpers the office staff are very very helpful. Words can't express the gratitude we have for Best Hospital and the entire team. Me and my Brother had admitted our father in an emergency on 2nd May 2023 with severe fever and high heart rate, respiration rate and few other life-threatening complications Dr.Myilappan and Dr.Premanayagam along with the team of doctors the way they treated with every approach and efforts they took to diagnose the root cause of the problem was extremely great. To mention particularly Neuro Specialist Dr.Bhanu,Cardiologist Dr.Vishnu & Dr.RaghuRam Gastroenterologist as well ICU Doctors were great listeners and empathetic to our concerns.We thank Dr.Myilappan and the Surgeon Dr.Premanyagam for their atmost care and ensuring the progress of our dad's recovery. Thanks to the nurses and all the staff for extending the support. Overall we are satisfied with the service.

Worst Hospital, don't ever visit this place. Blood sucking minded people. You wont believe for 2 stitches they charged 40000.

It's very good hospital Good treatment

Very worst hospital ever. I had admitted my brother in law in this hospital. No any basic equipments. But fees and charges or higher than apollo very shocking. If Dr.mylappan visit patient one time they are charging Rs 4000 for two days they are charging for ICU 65000rs without medical bill. but they are saying ICU charges only 14000rs. In icu mosquitoes are inside no any proper equipment. Only for heat rate monitor they are charging this amount. Please consider and replace best as worst hospital....
