Nice clean rooms and good service. Would have given them a full five stars had they not forgotten to keep water and tea/coffee powder in my room. I stayed only for a night and spend very little time in the room. I had informed them I would be checking in late, but they didn't keep drinking water in the room and calls to the reception and other numbers given in the room went unanswered. Finally we had to go down and buy water from the 24/7 shop inside the hotel.
Great getaway restaurant in Kozhencherry with best in class ambience and food. Food was extremely nice and tasty. Amble parking is also available here. Good job team The Beige Hotel will be back for much more dishes

The food was excellent like the last time. Everything we ordered was available and was served hot and without any delay. Service was also excellent. A very good fine dining experience. Would recommend without a doubt

Loved their Tandoori Prawns. Butter chicken and butter naan is good but the pieces in the curry is huge. It was perfect for 2 adults. I would prefer smaller pieces for the same Qty. Otherwise the ambience and quality of the food is satisfied. Looking fwd to try more of their dishes.
Hello, We just want to inform you that its the customers choice where they would like to dine in. Today we had just got in to your restaurant to have french fried and shakes.. The waitress told us that we should have preferred to be in the coffee shop coz they had to bring the ordered items all the way to dinin area.. We are regular customers of your restaurant.. and most of the time the cafe menu we order are brought to the dine area.. Its our choice and liking where we like to be.. Or else they should inform us earlier.. This is just to bring to ur attention ..Not everyone may like that behaviour... So please take this matter to your consideration. Please on the other hand, make you staff understand customers choice are always preferred. Thank you.
