The Beatle - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

I had been to this place for a birthday party on the 5th floor. The arrangements made were very good. The banquet hall has good ambience. The vegetarian food & snacks were tasty and well prepared. The hotel is conveniently located and has valet parking.

Today had been to this place for an office event .The event was done on the fifth floor . The hall was good and spacious with nearby clean washrooms. Coming to food,the breakfast spread was small and skipaable . Though the eggless cookie was delicious. The hall was properly air conditioned for the event,great lighting and beautiful chandelier . Table was set with notepad,pen,sweets ,waterbottle. Coming to the lunch part,the lunch buffet was having good spread,with pulav,rice ,dal,paneer ,one Chinese gravy. However coming to the chicken gravy ,the same was sad .But the goan fish curry was amazing. Now the desserts,the desserts had gulab jamun,fruit caramel custard ,shahi tudka,icecream with chocolate sauce. Gulab jamun wad great .Overall since i am a dessert lover . Dessert won my heart . You can surely keep small events at this place.

Went there for office seminar, food was good and rooms are fine too. Location wise I personally had little challenge due to traffic in pawai area. Otherwise everything else was fine.

I stayed at The Beatle during an incredibly stressful time. Straightaway I can tell you - their staff are their asset. Warm, kind, helpful, willing to go above and beyond, Shama certainly was the role model of customer centric attitude! The others were close in tandem. No one speaks about laundry, but when you have to stay a long time unexpectedly, you use it. AND their laundry is seven star quality, fabulous. Food is good too. The deduction of stars is only for Asran Internay. The rooms are jaded, bathrooms are not good and if they renovated atleast a bit, it would be good for their guests. Overall team is a 5+, hotel lower because of lack of interest from the holding company. Still recommend it to non fussy guests!

Hotel claims to be 4 star property but no such attributes observed in property, front desk, hospitality. Overall not customer friendly and not value for money. No experience of 4 star property.

Don't go by the pictures you see on various booking portals, the hotel is one of the worst properties in Powai. While they charge equivalent to the Fern located in Powai, the hotel guys need a reality check. It is an elevated OYO. The room service is pathetic, if there is and event in their banquet room, you can be part of it sitting in your room. The Wi-Fi is poor, the mini fridge is not working, there are no munchies kept in the room. Also, you can't have a visitor in your room?? What is this a hostel?

There are not many options available for breakfast, rooms are good but there is no power socket in the bathroom so if you want to use your hair straightener or other electronics you have to use it in a room.

Really Very awesome location, staff and their services are very good. I would like to thank housing keeping, manager, security gaurd and receptionist fro their services.
