If you are interested in having awesome food for reasonable price then this is the place to go. A decent place with neat interiors. The place is known for its superb Crispy Chilly Chicken. Have tried Crispy Chilly of many other places, in and outside Jamshedpur but none of it compares to the awesomeness served at The Basement Restaurant. This is a place that serves equally delightful veg and non-veg food. For the vegetarians out there, do try the Mutter Paneer. So the rating goes as follows: Food: YES YES YES! full marks!!! Ambience: pretty decent and the patrons are very down to earth decent folk too. Value for money: Nice portions and great taste make it worth every penny you shell out Must try: Special Basement Butter Nan(This was one of the best special Nan I ever had in my life) Chiken Bagdadi (As the name suggests it would bomb your taste buds) Total bill for 8 people 1600 INR

Very bad experience I got. I had visited the restaurant with my wife and child. While eating we found a hair in the rice. On complaint they just offered to replace the rice with very low quantity. When asked to waive off the charges, the staff was very impolite and started threatening that I have to pay the entire amount. Main thing there was not a single responsible person in the restaurant.
The worst place for online ordering trust me when i say this if you have no other options then it's better to starve rather than ordering from this restaurant. They never ever deliver your order on time and when asked for an update their staff literally stated and i quote "Order lena hai lijiye warna cancel kar dijiye" is this how you commence a business simply pathetic have been my biggest mistake of ordering from this restaurant won't be repeating this again and urge you not to use this restaurant for online ordering stay away and boycott this restaurant for good.
Very good place to dine - in.... Very very delicious food.
