Good ambience & Soothing Massage. The Masseuse lady was very professional & well trained for a therapeutic experience. Although the place needs better management for a complete A-rated experience. All The Best !!
This review is for the facility & not the actual therapy. The therapy was good. However the place is a huge let down in terms of service and hygiene. Earlier they would welcome you with a herbal tea, now they don't. They are understaffed with the therapist being the receptionist too. The bathroom drain was clogged so the water didn't flow out in the shower and overall the place is ill maintained and needs a dedicated manager.
Not worth the money .
Lacks professionalism .
Facial was for 1200inr but not worth even 200inr. ( 20 min)
Full body was 2700 inr , and foot massage was 800 inr which was good but not worth money .( 90 minutes but given 60 min rest steam and bath )
Hair spa was very basic and yet I was charged 1500 inr and for hair wash and dry I was charged extra 250.
Some of the unprofessional behaviour:-
Spa manager was insisting on giving facial on chair.
Spa manager gave facial even though she was not service provider.
Spa manager during full body massage made a comment that why it is taking so much time to change clothes .
While owner was humble but he lacked coordination with spa manager and could not manage time and services better.
I travelled all the way from panchavati based on rating given on google to this place but regretted when left the place.As I was looking for relaxation and I left with mild headache.
I would not want people to see rating and commit the same mistake we did. Would not recommend.
Nice place to visit in nashik ambience is too good,staff experienced, good for female to visit. They having some pkg for anniversary couple therapy go for that and gift some one special on their anniversary
Worst service and spa I have ever been to. My time and money both have been wasted by visiting this place. I would literally ask my money for return. Worst worst worst service. Pay me my money back.. came for the first time to this spa with my wife and experienced this worst service of this spa.. never visit this spa ever. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
It's not a professional spa. Service is third class. There is no privacy. In Massage time Manejer disturb many times.money waste. Not safe for women.
