The first visit was so we keep coming for Tea quite often. It helps serving my late night craving for tea. They have nice kashmiri Kawa, must try for Kawa lovers. Peaceful place if you want to relax after hectic day..

Very polite staff and tasty food but quite expensive food.

Went to this place for a haircut and beard trim. Ended up getting a facial aswell as the person serving me was extremely pushy and persistent. Everything went well until it was time to pay. I was shocked to hear the prices. 6100 rupees for a facial, haircut and beard. Thankfully i had enough money on me and was able pay. It is definitely not worth the high prices. Was going to get a wedding package but not anymore

Food is great and so is the ambience. Salon is also very nice. Good services and very smart and well mannered staff. I was told that they offer special kitty salon sessions for females where a group of girls or ladies can take salon sessions together including food and drinks. Loved the idea and the place

Poor Service according to the pricing, even if the pricing is low its still not worth it. No respect what so ever I went for perming and I asked for the pricing on the call before visiting which they told me is 3500 and when I visited they asked for 3500 after some negotition I get it fixed in 3500 and they asked me if I want to add some chemical for the damage reduction Snd I said yes for that at the time of entering and they asked 1500 extra for that, later I asked the barber to not add that chemical as It was not the worth. After everything was done They get me bill of 5000 which I was surprised to see and after having arguement for 30 minutes I just had to give them the whole amount as it was too late almost 12 at night so I had no other option But the thing is the work on my hair that was done I am not at all satisfied with it also After paying so much I did not even get the 50% of what I wanted these people are just there to scam no wonder you stablished a good brand and all but it all gets zero if you cannot provide the service. Owner of that place was so rude and Unprofessional Even for a second I say its okay I will pay 5000rs but I am giving you 1500 extra for the chemical and you dont even bother to show to the customer what it is and how do I even know if you added that chemical or not if you are not doing it in front of me. I just donot recommend this place at all there are many other barbers in the town who can do better job. Please donot waste your time and mo ey by visiting this place.

Its really one of the best salon in Jalandhar with such a professional trained and humble staff. I really love the concept as at the same time we can take salon service and can eat the best food of the town. Along with the variety of work they have a amazing feel good ambiance I suggest all to always go there and have a feel of comfort and satisfaction @thebarberscafe

Salon service is good but cafe service is vry vry bad .today am going to salon service when am entr th salon i feel hunger so i order sandwitch .i eat almost half sandwitch and u guys dn't believe what i see one cockrache in my platter plate omg it was totly shocking to me.......be careful guys whenever u go the barber cafe and order some food plz check first before u eat.
