Utterly bad experience with barbecue factory, I ordered kathi rolls today and really disappointed by the service, they would agree to anything you ask for, but will provide you something else & fraud you. I asked them twice if they can provide wheat kathi rolls instead of maida, they agreed but when I got the order, it was completely maida, I called them and there was no response. Very very disappointing. This was twice that I had a bad experience with them. We have better options near Kamptee to opt for.
Visited this place to celebrate birthday of my wife.. ambience is very beautiful and staff is very cooperative, and the most importang thing is food.. quality and quantity is too good...
The food + The Service Quality + The Knowledge base of the Staff about the ingredients in the dishes was noteworthy. Blessed to have this Cuisine Spot in our Orange City.

The cuisine preparation was excellent, The star dish of the restro is "Delhi style tandoori Chicken", which is a MUST TRY dish. My experience was fabulous, My wife loved the food
