The Banyan Retreat - Resort hotel in Ramnagar, Neripura - Nainital, India

They're big time FRAUDS. They'll lure you by showing great resorts but it's all false as they don't have any time up properties. You won't even get a reservation even after mailing more than a month in advance. You might have to follow up multiple times but it won't be of any use. The support staff won't even listen to you and keep giving you false dates. You won't get a reply unless you follow up multiple times and even after that you'll get standard template mail reply from them no booking. The staff is outrageously rude and you won't even get reply from the person who sold you the package. There's no support provided by that person though at the time of booking they say that you just have to drop them a text and they'll get it done. NOTHING OF THIS SORT HAPPENS. YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. The reviews that you see are all paid for and false. You won't get booking. I've been denied booking due to no property available thrice in a row, sometimes the denial even coming after the dates that I wanted have passed.

Its a perfect place for stay, they rooms are clean, and service is definitely professional. It have play area and activities for everyone. Food is mouth watering. Evening live music is fun.

HI All, I stayed at The Banyan Retreat from September 8th to September 11th, but due to the following issues, I had to check out on September 10th. I visited the hotel with my family, including my mother, wife, myself, and our 5-year-old son. Despite booking a Pilkhan sweet room, we were given a lower-grade Rudrakh 04 room that was filthy upon check-in. The toilet even had human waste in it. After we complained, they moved us to Pilkhan Sweet 16, but this room also had a bad smell, dirty beds, and mosquitoes. Finally, we were moved to Pilkhan 13, which was also smelly and unpleasant. To make matters worse, no one was available at the reception desk to answer our calls, and there were no service staff to help us. When we ordered food for my mother and requested an early delivery, it took two hours to arrive, and they blamed it on a booked party, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. As a result of the unacceptable behavior, we have all fallen ill. It is strongly recommended that those who do not wish to ruin their trip do not visit the premises at even they offer you for free

Great value for money and luxury stay in Jim Corbett with The Banyan Retreat Resort. Hospitality is so good. Do visit this resort if you actually looking for a good and all in one resort.

It's an amazing place to visit if you are near ramnagar....!! 1- Peaceful environment 2- Good services 3- Clean 4- Quite 5- Kids friendly. 6- Well maintained property. 7- Live music was great. 8- Spa experience was satisfactory. 9- 2 swimming pools (kids and adults). 10- Very safe and healthy environment.

It is the best luxury resort in Jim Corbett, I was there for summer vacation.. ultimate view and The Banyan Retreat Resort is like 'The cherry on top of the cake' great hospitality including everything...food, services, jungle safari.. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I went to this property on 16th august to 18th august 2023. It was very peaceful and clam stay. Staff was very professional and restaurant was good food was great. Pool water was clean rooms were very lavish and clean. Great place to spend time.

Book Only you have no options left, people will fool you with fancy photos and details. Even if you are not getting booking here shift your plan better then spoiling.
