Rooms are clean and budget friendly. Very near from beach also. Just one thing that the road connectivity is not good for 4 wheeler. If you are a good driver then only you should take 4 wheeler there otherwise park it on the main road only

Terrible experience with matresses full of bedbugs, fleas were on the towels hosts were hanging to dry, bugs were on my clothes which they took away from the lines and put at their front door, i was bitten each night of my stay and had to search for ways to deworm and do special treatment of my belingings before i can move to another place. Had to stay at another hotel until i sprayed and powdered all my clothes, ect., paying two rooms at the same time. Hosts didnt accept tht their house is full of bugs, sprayed only the room, gave another and it was same biting there too. They didnt want to pay for the pest control service, but wanted me to take my luggage as soon as possible, so that they put another guest in those rooms in the same beds full of bedbugs. Made a completely wrong unfo C form initially, took 2 days, finally i had to go make t myself - this never happens, hosts are obliged to make the C form with the authorities! Put different address on the C form from the one i actually stayed saying they dont have a license for this one!!! Additionally, the rooms under the roof are too hot. The bathroom of the second room they gave was terrible, and they didnt clean the room - all spidernets on curtains, on the table which was eaten by woodbugs which you hear at night. Brought pillows which smelled, obviously used by them and not washed, and i saw bugs hiding inside!!! Bewear of this place! These are unaware, irrisponsible, obviously focussed on getting money people who dont care that somebody may be allergic and get health crisis or infection from those bites! And how is it possible that they dont maintain pest control?!?! They didnt call for pest control team even after 7 night of me complainig from night biting!!! STAY AWAY FROM SUCH PLACES!!!

This is a nice little home-away-from-home, maintained by a sweet couple . Where you can chill out, relax in a nice cosy home and enjoy their delicious homemade dishes. Getting here could be a little tricky. So better you call them up beforehand for clear directions or a pickup. Kovalam beach road is hardly 100 m away - via a narrow walking lane. Overall, it's great value for money, recommended for a secluded getaway.
