The Bagh - A Forest Retreat - Resort hotel in Gudma - Balaghat, India

Bagh is a beautiful property, has lots if areas to chill, delicious food, but what makes it really special is their staff. During our stay, the staff was proactive, overly kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place!

The Bagh Kanha is the best property in kanha national park .If you really wants to take wildlife experience then you can go with The Bagh.Atmoshphere of the property is so paecefull with lots of greenery inside the premises with good numbers of birds. I had visited the property with my wife and had an amazing experience. We welcomed with welcome drink and tikka which is their traditional style and did express checkin within 2 minutes.Mr.Shivam took us in our rooms and explained about the property in a proper way. They have a huge restaurant in British style and the service is excellent with happy smiling face at all the time. Housekeeping team is superb .Rooms are very neat and clean and also huge in size.We were very surprised when they gave us turndown service in the room.All the staff are local but the management gives them a proper training . Food was yummy and chef is also very humble.Everytime he asked us about our choice. We also met with resort manager Ashwani Kumar during our stay and had discussed about the wildlife.He has a wide knowledge of wildlife which was the best part for me.we did one park safari and had good sighting of tigress called MV3. We left from The Bagh with lots of memories and unexpected experience which we have got. Thank you team The Bagh to make our experience excellent.

One of the most beautiful and lively place in Kanha is The Bagh a forest retreat resort. Very beautiful rooms, variety of food option in buffet, excellent service. Jungle safari booking also available and guest entertainment tribal dance in resort. Would recommend to stay in this resort only.

Peace full property, nice room everything is very clean , rooms like five star hotel, food quality and test was very delicious, cook ask food test to every each person and also they customize according to customers, very good service, staff was so polite and helpful, pool was good, natural green view, heritage look, atmosphere is good, safe for family, also helping for safari ride, I like the place. The bagh property is beautiful. Rooms are spacious, beds are king size so if you have kids no need to take extra bed 3 can easily accomodate. Cottage rooms, sweet rooms are on first floor... Kids play area, beautiful and big swimming pool that's the best part, easily accessible for senior citizens also. Restaurant is beautiful too. The entrance is rustic but inside it's too modern... Food is delicious but spicy I should admit that... Lot of variety is there... But they place buffet a little late I don't know why... Everything else is good...

Soo good resort and the front office manager's nature is soo friendly and sweet.

Had a Great experience ... Management and staff were professional, immensely polite and their etiquette was praiseworthy. Lovely property too with Excellent ambience. Had a lovely experience. And the Food! Totally commendable and delicious!
