The baga squat - Guest house in Baga - default, India

Pathetic place to stay. No professionalism. Rooms shown on website are far different then actually given. We were shown 4 room options, but none was clean and worth staying. Unfortunately, since we had paid full amount in advance and person refused to refund we had to stay 1 night. No parking available. Had to park my vehicle far off and paid parking charges @ 15/- per hour. Towels, bedsheets, pillows all were stinking badly. Stinky toilets. Leaking a/c which had no proper cooling. TV in room was just a show piece and did not function. No hot water supply in bathroom. One hot water bucket provided on request after several follow ups, which arrived during check out.

The owner was nice, we even had some drinks with him in our room. He asked is to move to another (nicer) property he owned to free up space for a family who wanted to be together - which was all good. But he did try to rip us off on the laundry and was difficult to come to an agreement without having to make an argument about it. Rooms in good condition otherwise

* The room which was shown in the picture and the one i got is different. the hotel management says the hotel is fully booked and they don't have any rooms as shown in the pictures. And even they say that they will return my money back and I can book something else.(may be they have given the room I have booked for better price then me ?) * I got only two bed mattress and one extra bed. not a king size beds as written in hotel facilities. * Tv was not working. when i switched this on. it says to recharge. i can't recharge it for one day sorry. * There is no free parking At hotel. as mentioned in facilities. the management says the parking is full. i have to park my vehicle in the payed parking which is bad. i have to pay 300 rs extra. for parking. * Booking.com says that we have to pay 50% amount at the time of checkin. but hotel management has asked 100%. * Wash room is really bad. the water flow is blocked and dirty water is coming inside the bed room. asked management they fixed the issue. One thing I wanted to tell you is I have booked the hotel because I believed bookings.com. even though I had different options in Oyo with same price.( Past booking experiences was really good) But sad thing is i haven't experienced this type of service in my life. management people are busy and not able to respond on time. they always escapes with reasons for every problem i have faced and not given any solution. They are really unprofessional. They are scolding the receptionist in a improper way. Feels like they have hired a slave instead of employee. And finally the property have cancelled it's booking from bookings.com so that I cannot write a review.

Worst experience. Do not book this place. The hotel is located in a very narrow shady road. There is no proper check in checkout process. There was no dustbin, had to ask for it. The rooms and pillows were smelly. Not maintained well. Too much power cuts, no hot water in washrooms,. No mobile network no wifi. Overall terrible experience.

One of the worst hotel 1. They showed fake photos on site n everywhere 2. Hot water issue is there. Hot water is available for only 15 min max 3. Breakfast with very bad quality 4. Everyday morning customers are arguing for room availability, hot water etc 5. TV cable was not working 6. WIFI is working 10 meters around the reception 7. No quick response from hotel staff.

One of the worst experience and utterly disappointed for booking the hotel during my goa days. First of all the behaviour of the hotel stuffs , it seems as if they are doing a mercy by giving us the room to stay. The pictures of the room are deceiving from the original ones.Guys do not fall for that trap.So me along with my brother booked a 3bhk room by seeing the pics , but there is no 3BHK , i repeat NO 3BHK.. they are just managing it with an extra mattress!!! Next there is no housekeeping.The rooms are very small and the TV does not work always. They have a complimentary wifi but that too very slow , you cant even use whats app.The complimentary breakfast included in the package will not fill an ounce of your stomach.The hotel stuffs are arrogant and irritating.Giving an one star since there is no option to give a zero.In one word the experience is Pathetic.

The only negative from my recent Goa trip. Staying here reminds me of old Dharamshaals near railways stations. As a tourist anyone can have bad experience with such kind of hotel, which is not good for Goa. Hope someone could verify the False information/pics shown on website and check on the staff behavior. Here are my Pros and Cons for my stay there for 2 Days and 2 Nights. Cons: 1. Highly unprofessional, rude staff. 2. No service at all, room, bed sheet, pillows all were stinking, got a handwash soap after multiple follows. 3. No towels provided, TV only as showcase, very dim light in room, didnt change it even after requesting. 4. Every single guest was having argument with staff and owners for some issue, as my room was near reception, there was continues disturbance and staff was using abusive language after every argument. 5. It is located in a very narrow lane and finding 4 wheeler parking is difficult. 6. Small cockroaches and ants in bed. 7. Daily pathetic Poha in the name of 'free breakfast'. Pros: 1. Pictures of rooms shown online!(which are not even close to reality)

I have stayed there in the last week during my Goa visit...It's the worst experience in any of my travel. It starts with rooms that were given to me matches nowhere with the pics they shows on booking website. Rooms were stinking, it has lizards , ants. It doesn't just stop here, adding on to that was the staff behaviour. The guys were highly unprofessional, arguing with almost every guest. Not only that they will be available to disturb if your rooms are in ground floor with their loud mouth abusive language that will start from early morning 6 to 12 in the night. Coming to the food, they serve poha on both days which was not at all edible. Won't recommend to anyone!!
