I initially booked a room at this property for one night only. But then ended up returning for next two more nights. The ambiance of this place is soothing. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned and spacious. You are given basic toiletries and snacks on your arrival. There's a big common sitting area where you can sit, relax, read and work. Also, there's a separate sitting place in a corner with a shelf containing MP tourism pamphlets. The kitchen is fully functional and you can prepare your meal if you want. You get breakfast. There's a small play area with carrom board. The host is friendly and I loved talking to him.

overall it was a nice safe and peaceful stay.. room and washroom towel were equally neat and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was soft spoken and accomodating

comfortable stay with good hosts. it has a hostel setup vibe but with individual rooms and bathrooms. there is a common living area and a common kitchen.

Loved to visit this home stay,room was very spacious,clean.their service is very good.autumn leaves is in very suitable area from there we can go anywhere in Bhopal.aswell we can get all necessary things nearby .Host Mr Dixit ji is very humble and carrying and helped me a lot at the time of stay.

Recommended for solo travelers as well as families. The rooms are well maintained. The owner "Dixit uncle" is a nice person and the person who is taking care is friendly and helping. Location is peaceful and nearby market.

Well furnished rooms, Clean and well maintained property, Very kind Owner and attentive staff. Amenities are good and in proper working condition like TV, AC, Geyser etc. In-short it's highly recommended and Value for money.

The property is very well maintained and managed and owner and his staff are caring and well behaved. Owner spends time himself to look after the property regularly. Near to market, not so far from station and close to Raisen road makes commuting easy.
