Good to stay in this hotel. I felt that it was slightly expensive. You can however get a competitive dinner buffet for Rs. 500+. Both complimentary breakfast and the buffet dinner are good. Prompt response by the management and house keeping team. This hotel will not disappoint you. Staff may be trained to .
Really the staff is very good and tolerant. Our bunch of children caused a real mess and they handled it very properly. The food was very good and quickly served. Thank you team. It was a memorable evening for us. Really one of the best hotels in Chatrapati Shambhaaji Nagar.
The service and maintenance used to be good earlier. But i had to face the terrible service in my recent visit. I stayed there for a week and there was no hot water facility for all 7 days. Lamp was not working as well. In the name of non veg there was just a chicken sausage in breakfast, Idly was just a rice cake no taste at all, sambar was sweet. I will rate 3 out of 10 for the taste of food.
We had a comfortable stay. Staff was courteous. Good breakfast. But the gulab jamun and dosa batter not up to the mark.
Rooms are ok, Location near to railway station , almost 8 km from Airport. Worst part is services . Careless , non responsive phones . Staff is not responsive. Has to be reminded for the same job multiple times. Limited breakfast choices. For the present rates, is not value for money
