THE ATMOS HOTEL - Hotel in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

Rooms were stinky and there was smoking smell everywhere in the room. For 4 hours there was no water supply in the room. When asked for other room they were not ready to give any other room. Air conditioning was very bad. They switch off the electricity at night time for 2-3 hours and there is no generator backup. Extremely bad experience.

Overall, this place is a perfect fit if you are looking for easy on pocket high on services place. Located right at the beginning of phase 1, it ensures you are able to miss the craziness that ensues through the day. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is very courteous. Cannot comment on food as did not try it. The situation can become interesting if you get a room which is facing a local pub. The DJ plays sad music. So, it not even worth the irritation you need to endure till 12 am.

Rooms were stinking. Complementary breakfast is very limited and not at all good. No valet parking service. Electricity problem. Every night they switch off the power for 2 hours (between 3.30 am to 5.30 am), and when you ask they say there was some fault. During that time it is complete dark, no ventilation inside the rooms and it is suffocating. This is a very old property and the owners keep changing. I stayed here with family for 3 nights and my overall experience is very bad. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and waste their money.

There are many and much better options in Hinjewadi so it is best to avoid this hotel. I booked a deluxe room but got a room that was not cleaned and was extremely shabby with blocked windows (felt like a prison cell) on the 2nd floor (practically it was a floor above ground floor). I refused to stay in it so the receptionist moved me to a more proper room on the third floor (initially he said there are no other rooms available which was of course a lie as the hotel was 80% empty). As mentioned by other viewers the night clubs and bars in near proximity to the hotel are very loud until around 2:30 am but between 3 am till 9 am it is completely silent in the area. Don't be fooled into booking a room with breakfast or half board option as you can pay for the breakfast or dinner when in the hotel and it is cheaper than the room + food combo available on the various booking applications.

Rooms are comfortable. If you are night life person, you can enjoy this place and surroundings Next to this hotel 4 pubs available and loud music , weekdays you can't sleep till 12:00 and weekends till 2:pm

We booked 3 rooms here in the last week of January 2023. The most unhospitable front desk I have seen in a business property like this. The most important thing being in a service industry is hospitality and friendliness. We travelled with our aged parents with lot of luggage. The first thing we hear is that there is no bell boy available. We requested for a slightly early check-in for 1 room since we had to get ready to reach a wedding party. Over the phone, we were told that the as soon as a room is available it will be given for early check-in. We know for a fact that there were a couple of rooms available when we overheard the front office staff discussing. When rooms were allotted, we were not even asked if we were ok being in a smoking room. The entire 2nd floor stinks of smoke and the room given was unbearable. When we requested them to change the room, we were told it cannot be done. As a person with severe respiratory issue, I literally had to threaten them to change the room. Once the check-in of all our rooms were done, everything went smooth. The room was clean, spacious bathroom, good room service. The restaurant section is pretty decent. Though the food is average, the service is good. This is the only reason I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star. Please note that the first impression of any place is extremely important. Minimum reading materials, even if it's old periodicals besides daily newspaper while continuing to wait in the lounges for room allotment are basic needs.

The rooms of hotel Atmos are so stinking...the service is waste in that hotel...the rooms are not at all clean they are so dusty and full of smoking smell..the service of foods and rooms are too late and sometimes the reseptionist do not pick up the call in our need...the toilet jet spray was leaking and everything in the rooms or the washrooms were damaged....the money you pay for that rooms are too high according to its manegement...the staffs just confuse us and try to make us fool...i request everyone not to book this hotel they were the worst hotel i have ever been... even the rates of the foods were too high and also not tasty...even there is no parking space...so i recommend not to book this hotel

Nice hotel overall. It is an old property, but reasonably well maintained rooms. The service was very good and courteous. The restaurant was okay, the food was good, but not great. For the price, I felt this was better than Ibis.
