Location is good. Near sealdah railway station (walk in distance). Room service is good. But I suggest that if Room abiense little upgrade then its fabulous. Overall this hotel is value for money.
Worst Hotel. Went with family, never felt so unsafe. Call girls, pimps, stinking dirty rooms, ill-mannered receptionist... Pathetic. Not recommended !!

I had such a horrible experience here. The staffs are really very rude. They don't have the basic etiquettes. They charge so much but they don't have a gyeser in the rooms and the blankets were torn, the washrooms locks were broken, the room didn't have a door bell. They misguided us regarding the check in and check out and charged for 3 days but our stay was only of 2 days. They themselves are confused so how can they help you. Even after knowing its their mistake and we are supposed to pay only for 2 days, they didn't rectify that but charged us for 3 whole days. Robbery is going on in there kindly don't for the fake reviews. Hope nobody else goes through this.

Very good guest house and hotel to stay with family. Neat and clean, well behaved staff. Sufficient water and electricity all times. Lift is on road for times. The lift services however should continue round the clock. Leakage some time occurs in bathroom and from AC as well. These should be looked into by the management. Advance booking with token payment is recommended. A great experience! Keep going ahead.
