This gym is blessing for me. I got effective results in short duration. Trainer is friendly and motivationer also. Gym has group female exercises sessions like aerobics,floor exercises, Crossfit workouts etc. Along with that they provide affordable and effective diet plan for quick results.

Ashoka gym is located in the heart of the city. Good place to work out. Excellent place for learning and practicing aerobics. The gym has almost all modern day gyming equipments. Desiplined trainers good ambience, it has all that a gym requires. Lots of photos and videos have neen posted on Instagram hastening #ashokagym by various gym members. For beginners, its a paradise. Again a low cost gym training facility.
