Old review - Had a wonderful experience, planning to pickup aquarium as hobby, went to the store, the owner gave us quality time and was kind enough to explain everything what I have to do. Very soon to going to start of my journey of petting aquatic with help of the store.

The fishes I bought are very expensive, I explained the size of the tank precisely but he kept on convincing it good to keep more cleaner crew now that cleaning crew have started destroying the aquarium, uprooting most of the carpet plants . He is more focused on selling the things out rather than knowing customer needs and providing solution accordingly. Sold lot of unnecessary things on the name of aquarium health and nothing is being used much. 2 start only for plants which I got are good.

Fake reviews: The person who spoke to me was very rude on phone. I have ordered for the cichlids fishes and the guy who cheated me on the phone and he said it will be more than 2 inches and it's all imported. But he sent lot of photos on whatsapp and I have selected a bigger one for 400 rupees pair. But he sent me 1 inch size fishes 2 pair..very much disappointed and don't do this to any other customer in future.

I have been to this aquarium shop twice and both of the time for aquarium plants. First time I went, was to buy everything which is needed(aquarium bowl, rocks, gravel, soil, root tab, fertilizer and plants) and uncle helped me.. Fast forward to a year and they are doing fine.. Giving 3 star because last time I went, very less collection of plants were there so ended up with only 2 proper sets of plant and one more was experimental which I ended up killing. Yes! Prices are high here.. compared to online sites but I would rather get a healthy plant with bit high price then getting damaged plants after 3 days of shipping. And I got an attitude when said that I have aquarium bowl and aquarium tank!! Few of us likes when aquarium are in the cute bowls.

Good shop with a good amount of collections and all but I think from experience it's overpriced in this store they are charging to much for little thing's also

Worst experience of that store, Please don't go there to buy the fishes in that store, i bought the arowana and silver shark fish , the water is good and neat no problem with it of my tank , all the 3 fishes died in 2 hr time i bought, if we ask is there any problem with the fish the shopkeeper tells there is issue with my water tank , no Customer satisfaction at all very bad in collection of fishes. The reply wat u gave below is really foolish and rubbish and I trusted the store and bought the fish as saying imported I have not earned in fact I lost 3k for believing. ...I will not get anything by black mailing you let all the people get to know about your shop and maintenance of the fishes with you , before buying itself u should have told me that the fish should be breeded n RO water as I have breeded many fishes in Cauvery and stayed long for years , convulsion please don't fool people by telling its imported and cheating with their money

Fishes are old and infected. Joshua, the store owner, calls everything "exotic" and in that name sells everything for triple the price. I got a betta for 500 but where the original cost is rs.100 only The fishes were suffering from fin Rot and swollen gill. Big time scam. Do not trust whatevr the owner says.

I am a customer of The Aquarium Store fom almost last two years...and I must it's a one stop shop for all your Aquarium needs...many of you will say the price of fish are expensive to market...yaa for some type it might be but on a contrary the fish bought from the store have a good n long life too...all are treated and stays for a long time...I am having aquarium from almost 6 years plus now, but trust anything bought from this store is of high quality and trust worthy...thanks to Mr. Prabhu (owner) as well for guiding us the best always when we visit his store.....it's on 80 ft road indiranagar little ahead of BsNl office towards old airport road...easy to locate on maps...few pics of my aquarium and fish bought from the store...
