My family visit Apollo Clinic Narendrapur for our medical needs. The reason being it gives us comfort & kind of secure feelings. As the staff are courteous and helpful in their services. And gives us a warm touch because of the staffs warm service. They kind of pamper their patients visiting their clinic .Offers tea, coffee water while we are waiting. The background music keep our mind relax and tension free from worries and pain. They have good doctors who are qualified and experienced to give you the Best Treatment and Healthy Advice. Apollo clinic Narendrapur has become a family clinic for me and my family. It is one of the best and reliable clinic for us as it is near to my residence and most of the excellent qualified doctors are found here. The staffs here are really helpful regarding anything. The ambience here is very relaxing and soothing and also this place is pretty neat and clean. For any sorts of health issues, my first preference will always remain Apollo clinic Narendrapur.

The attitude of the Madam, who was at the front desk, was not at all polite. She needs training/motivation. ............... Thanks and regards to Madam Jharna and Madam Suchismita for the polite behaviour I experienced from them on 20/11 & 21/11/23. My best regards to Dr. Shibnath Mondal for his cordial behaviour and doctor-like attitude.

All doctors are trying to lab test before any actual treatment. Lab.test is their main target. I experienced thrice. Doctor doesn't wish to come with in 7 days after Ist visit. Because no fees they get so.

Never try to go there for orthopaedic treatment,this doctor "bishal bhagat" is totally jholachhap,he didn't even tell us about the x-ray report properly, don't go, don't waste money. My 3 years old daughter had pulled elbow and we rushed to this so called orthopaedic doctor and what he did nothing just asked us did you pulled her hand we said no he told us nothing to worry it's just a regular pain gave her pain killer even he did x-ray and I could see clearly that her bone was not looking in fine position Even then he didn't care about my child, my daughter was in pain whole night she couldn't able to move her hand we got so worried and the next morning we went to Hindustan and there was a orthopaedic doctor he saved us.

Giving two stars just for their staff management. The doctors don't maintain their call time. They will make you wait for 1-1.5 hours. As if you don't have any value of your time. No matter how serious the condition of the patient is. The doctors are always late. If you are visiting here make sure you have alot of time to spare

Worst Services. Just because my father did not opted for their subscription, they unprofessionally misguided a 70 years old man. My father repeatedly called for confirmation whether the doctor was there or not...they deliberately misguided him and did inform him about the presence of the physician. Don't Go there, these are bunch of unprofessional fellows turning the name of Appollo into mockery.
