The Ananda Imperial Hotel - Hotel in Bilaspur, Vypar Vihar - Bilaspur, India

The restaurant is beautiful if you feel like clicking pictures u should definitely go there but if u have to eat food this isn't the place for you. The chef doesn't know how to cook the food is literally cold it's practically inedible. The chef should go out and learn how to cook from street vendors who can cook better than the chef of such a big restaurant. They should definitely close the restaurant and open it as a photoshoot place for tourists because service,food and everything else is just zero. And please close the restaurant it's a waste of money of urs and others too.

Pathetic food lets start there. Cold, oily with no taste and the cherry on the cake is stale food, they didn't even bother to microwave the food, they just served whatever stale food that they had in the kitchen. Staff is so incompetent that they are not able to take a simple order properly, after a certain amount of time u will definitely feel like asking him for writing ur order urself. When we asked for the manager they didn't co-operate even the manager went into hiding we had to search for the person ourselves. So basically its a complete waste of money and time.

I am foodie and loved the Biriyani. We visited their restaurant. Amazing food, ambiance and service. We had authentic Bengali food and it was absolutely delicious. Our server Mukesh was very helpful. So visit on festive occasions for a special menu.

This hotel has one of the most customer apathetic attitudes one can imagine. They have a big show of modernity but are stuck in very old and greedy business attitudes. I booked multiple rooms for several guests via MMT, but at the last minute, due to an unfortunate medical situation in the family, the celebratory reasons no longer existing, I had to cancel. They already decided that there is no refund but the front desk recommended that we reach to MMT and try resolution from them. It was basically a situation where they made me run around for a hopeful resolution of even a partial refund or a postponement. While having already decided to be inflexible. This is a Hotel that cares only about it's funds. They really do not bother about customer service. They didn't care, in this particular scenario, that a medical situation had come up forcing me to reconsider bookings. I went there on two other occasions for dining. Felt like staying there and celebrating with extended family, but the above behaviour of theirs, while it got them 41000 rupees without usage of services, it's lost them their respect. This is a hotel that does not CARE about its customers. They are gere to make a buck and do that by any means. A long lasting relationship is far from what they can even think of. Such places CANNOT by definition offer good service. They can only pretend. Great ambiences or costly looking setups don't make up a hospitable place. One needs to have an attitude of understanding towards a customer. The remaining 4 plus raters probably never faced a bad situation. Please do keep in mind that the true test of customer service attitude is when a customer trusts you and you show up with a solution keeping up that trust. In my case, and I am sure there will be many more cases to follow, they have broken trust and exposed their attitude of cheapness and money focus, and are miles away from achieving customer orientation. Good luck if you still choose to stay here. You will need luck because their service is highly likely to be inconsistent and you'll very likely see a lot of focus on grabbing your buck than giving you attention. Verdict -> Don't stay, don't be cheated by the outer looks of the place

Ananda Imperial is a star hotel. The usp of this hotel is it's food. Always very delicious. Though the price range is little higher but the ambience, service and food quality leaves you quite satisfied. Ample parking space, Spacious, comfortable rooms with all modern amenities define this hotel. The Durga Puja at the hotel premises is an event which every visitor looks forward to attend all through the year.

All rooms are infected with insects due to FCI building behind the hotel ... Housekeeping and hospitality is worst for the cost of the stay. Worst experience in bilaspur

One of the best hotels at Bilaspur. Food is terrific. The have a huge selection of Bengali rare pickles complimentary to the buffet. Amazing service and value for money paid.

There are some good or bod points...only good thing is happend to me room are cleaned and our stay is comfortable....but I travelled many more places,they welcomed their guest with huge hearts, but on this matter I gave a big zero to Ananda team...we have to wait one hour to check in..we told many times to receptionist, but they told us to wait some more time..this was horrible...one more thing i would like to mention if you drink planety of water plss carrying yours bcz they charged of water bottles,which they provided in your rooms.
