I had the most wonderful corporate stay at The Amore! The deluxe room I stayed in was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests. Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. The Amore's banquet halls are spacious and well-equipped. I attended a celebration there, and the event was flawlessly organized.
Please do.not venture or you.will.regret . This was the worst room which I was told on.4th floor though.my.booking was for Semi Suite . The lift only.operates till.3rd floor and hv no.provision.at 4th The carpet was stinking . Also.told by.my.friends that breakfast is awful
The rooms were incredible, the ORA hall was very huge and nice. The facilities available in the rooms and the ORA hall were very great. The staff was very polite and helpful. Lunch, evening tea and snacks were very delicious . Overall my experience was good, the only feedback I want to provide to the hotel is that I had a meeting from 10 AM to evening 6 PM and my booking was until 12 PM. So as my meeting was over I asked the mam at reception to provide me with any room to just change as I was wearing a suit and I had a train at 9 PM so I had to change. But the mam at reception didn't allot me any room, she refused to give me any room. I requested her so many times that I needed a room only for 20 mins just to change my clothes. She said, "Sir you can change in the washroom". And so I had to change in the washroom. This was not good behaviour of the staff. But apart from this everything was good.
I have attended the seminar of ISHRAE Surat chapter in The Amore! The seminar was in Banquet hall, and i must say that along with the ambience the service is also Splendid! The food was super yummy! Hence, I recommend The Amore hotel for the small gatherings as well as for family functions.

Okay room size and service. Seems that it is under renovation or recently started. Breakfast was sober. Liked the location, it's on the main road connecting to the city centre. It's just perfect for people visiting Surat for business or short stays.
I recently visited CIBO Restro The Amore and it was an incredible experience. The food was delicious, the terrace garden ambience was lovely, and the staff were friendly and highly trained. There was a great sense of team work & service, and the place itself was impeccably clean and hygienic. They also had a wide variety of exotic food options which made it perfect for our family dinner celebration. Highly recommend!
